I’m only giving 4 stars right now because they don’t close till 1am tonight and it was 20 till and I couldn’t get anyone to take an order which sucks. So I pull up to the window only to find someone at the back eating while the rest is just talking. I understand not wanting to take anymore orders cause closing time is soon. But your all lit up i think it’s not Kool to ignore customers or yet even advertise open til one am if your not goong to take orders.. I’ve been on deliveries all evening and I’m hungry but I’m not traveling back into town to get something else. So now I have to get something from the gas station or waffle house. And another thing shouldn’t keep that door opened. It’s not safe.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Got the fish Filet, and it was hard like it had been sitting out all day. Went back to get something else because I didn’t trust the fish, got a double cheeseburger, they forgot the cheese. The milkshake was pretty much just milk and of course the fries were cold. Never again!

I ordered in the drive thru for a quick lunch. After pulling away from the window and heading back to the highway I did what most people usually do and stuck my hand in the bag for the fries. I have to eat them while they’re hot or they don’t taste good. I was never so disappointed at a McDonald’s. The fries were room temperature and tasted like the oil was 1 year old. I opened my 4 pc chicken nuggets and they were a little on the dry side and overcooked on the outside. I removed their app from my phone and I will go to BK, Hardee’s or Wendy’s before I ever try a McDonald’s again. No excuses!!!

Food not fresh at all came through when lunch started which was at 10:30 hear a guy yelling at them stating that it still breakfasts they ignored him serve lunch anyway. Nuggets dry out and burger red yes red look at pictures it was the Quarter pound burger which they cook to order well someone doesn’t know how to cook well done.

Seems it’s best to go through the drive-thru because if you come inside it takes twice as long. And now it’s no longer customer service they want you to do the kiosk or the apps and the burgers have gotten so much thinner and smaller so I don’t choose McDonald’s anymore.
