I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. The dining room was clean. Job well done!

I came into the store this afternoon 11-4-25 around 3pm for my mobile order that I had placed to redeem some points my order wasn’t ready I was okay with waiting as I was told it would be a few minutes with pickup orders. The lady with the locs proceeded to touch the computer screen then go makes sandwiches before changing her gloves, not only that she continues to make sandwiches by scraping excess mayo off her finger on the counter. At this point I don’t think she really cared who saw. I was watching her make my sub I asked her was that lite lettuce she said yes clearly it wasn’t I asked for extra onions no extra onions! I ended up throwing my sandwiche away I’m more mad because I wasted my points. Because I had to get back to work. She needs a redo in sanitation class and safe serve ASAP!

Very good food. VERY slow service. They are never ready for an online order pick up. Busy times or not. I’m always one of 5 people waiting for an online order. I’m always waiting 10+ minutes after my pick up time. And with someone with only a 30min lunch break. This is getting out of hand.
They seem to always take priority for the people ordering in shop.
They really need to have an online order station to deal with online orders only.
At this point. I shouldn’t even bother with the online pick up as it seems to be 10x slower

I used Grubhub to pickup an Original Italian sub in a tub. My order was ready on time, and made beautifully, as I asked, and tastes amazing. If it had more lettuce, it would be perfect, but because I did not order in person, and GH doesn’t give an option to ask, I can’t take away a star for that. Plus, the store is clean and orderly. Good job!

Jersey mikes is my go to sandwich spot because of the size and quality of sandwich. I don’t mind paying the prices for quality, but the sandwich I just got here is the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen from jersey mikes. A giant #9 that had less meat on it than a subway sandwich. Disappointing to spend $16 dollars on a sandwich for something that looks like it came out of subway or the grocery store deli.

Great subs. Workers care and attitude is hit or miss especially since it’s a chain place and new faces working there are expected every time you go in. What irks me is the way they turn off the online ordering 35 minutes or more before they close. Let’s be real, that’s in hopes the customer won’t come in and place an order. This is a deli, if someone comes in two minutes before close you can slap a sandwich together and have them out before 9pm. Stopping online orders over 30 minutes before close is just employees stealing money from a business while getting paid to stand around and not allowing orders to come in. Get your crap together management, unless you’re also part of that problem then jersey mikes franchise needs to get on it.
