i’m not sure what happened this morning, but it seemed like no one couldn’t read. i made a mobile order, 3 hash browns 2 mcgriddles. simple. i go around and they gave me 2 mcmuffins, ok mistakes happen whatever still not thrilled bc they weren’t even busy. they pull me to the 3rd window and give me my food and guess what? missing a mcgriddle. mind you, i gave them my receipt. so again. i go back around. already annoyed bc now im late for work bc they kept messing up not once but twice. waiting 30 minutes and going back twice is a little insane. not one sorry or a sense of urgency just a “here you go” and shuts the window. i hope everyone in there has a better day than what they’re having.

I went through the drive-thru and I didn’t get my food order in properly for the man. Or I should say he didn’t understand so it took an extra 5 minutes to get it right. And when I finally got my meal it it was was lux warm not good at all. And when I got it home I tried to microwave it and it still didn’t taste good. Not sure about the atmosphere because I didn’t go in.

Side note-I tried to contact them and the page just keeps saying “OOPs something went wrong-No kidding!! Mcdonalds used to be a place that employed all the kids, and taught them well ans seerved good tasty food. Now they are just a run of the mill “:big business” not giving rats arse about what they serve or how the serve it. Guess I’ll keep going to chick-fil-a even though I prefer the menu at McD’s.
I have had the mistake of not checking my food a few times after ordering via the mobile app/ All I can think of is they make a lot of food and then it sits around for hours. The burritos are usually very old and stale. I never imagined “hotcakes” would be cold and stale. Dont get me wrong this restaurant is usually very clean and friendly its just you need to check your food, if you dont you can wind up with cold, stale food and be stuck with it. I tried to complain on McD’s web site but it errored out, go figure. I will just stop ordering from them for a while

I was so pleasantly surprised everything in here was nice and clean. All the employees were very kind. We got our food in a very fast manner and everything was nice hot and correct and all of the machines were working! Just wonderful I thank them. I thank them I thank them.

I ordered a Big Mac and was really disappointed with the quality. The bun was extremely hard, like it had been sitting out way too long, and it completely ruined the meal. For a place as busy and well-known as McDonald’s, I expected much better. Definitely not worth the money this time.

Ordered a snack wrap and fry, get home and no snack wrap. Tried to call but no one is picking up. Will return tomorrow for refund. Usually tho they always get my order right so I get mistakes happen, my fault for not checking but hopefully I’ll get a refund.

Every time I visit this location, my order is always wrong. Today I went. My dad‘s food was cold. I specifically asked for no mustard and no pickles on my burger when I got home my burger had a lot of mustard. They forgot my sauce. My drink was mainly ice no soda.

I just ordered 3 large meals. Two 10 piece nugget meals and 1 quarter pounder meal with large fries and large drinks, all to play the monopoly game with my family and everything they gave me was in normal containers with out the monopoly tags. Even the large drinks. Got my kids crying because they didn’t get to check any tickets. I’m very upset and disappointed
