Wow, what can I say. Avoid this place if you can. The food itself is fine, but I’ve been waiting in this line for chicken nuggets for 30 minutes now. The service here is always slow. I came last week and parked in a mobile order spot. Waited 25 minutes and then walked in. They knew which spot I was in, had my food ready but just didn’t take it to me. It was also missing something that I had to ask for. Then they also informed me that they were out of ice, so my ICED coffee would have no ice. It was 4pm on a Saturday.I could have got a refund but apparently the manager is the only one that could do that, and they were in the restroom. I honestly don’t know what is going on here but it seems to be consistent.

I love this location simply because it’s like 5 minutes from my house. But I’ve learn to travel for my food. Everytime I order off the app or the drive thru, I never can seem to get the correct items and when I call or return to the establishment, it’s an older lady who is very pleasant and sympathetic and then there’s a young lady who has an attitude as if making the order correct is coming out of her paycheck!

Has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. I ordered through the Kiosk. When my order was supposed to be ready, it was missing several things. The lady that brought me my order was apparently having a bad morning and probably should have called out for the day. When I told her I was missing things form my order she got loud, and cut me off, saying “sir” like I was deaf.

I’m not going to start saying that I walked three miles from where I live. When I walked inside, the restaurant seemed to be normal. But the only thing that seemed disgusting was table cleaning. The tables had visible cup prints, no wiping, trash in the bathrooms, and a malfunctioning ice cream machine and frappe maker. But the only thing that I like (not love) about this place is that they have very good wifi speeds ranging from 65 to 80 Mbps download/10 to 15 Mbps upload. Please clean the tables next time!

If you are here early in the morning use the outer drive thru lane. They apparently either don’t know they have two or don’t bother blocking one off in the morning. They will take everyone in the outer lane before taking your order. Drove off after 2 people got their order taken before I was even acknowledged.

Always busy. Drive sometimes will move quickly. Not very good customer service. Most of the time will receive order with the custom changes of no pickle or mustard on burger.
