I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and at least they are consistent. My order so far has been correct, and the food is prepared as it should be. It’s not in the best area of town, so the clientele is sketchy, but that’s not due to the restaurant.

Fairly confident they only hire people who can’t read. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles. I got 2 hamburgers with just pickles. This place is a waste of space in the local economy. Terminate the employees and get rid of the place. The employees either don’t show up, make poor food, or give you the wrong things all together.

well my order was not ready tight b i got a sausage gravy n biscuit last leni do every time i go there n the lady didn’t give me my 2 extra hash browns! as i ordered it n over charged me bc i get the same thing everytime i go there n it’s always like 13$ n some change she didn’t speak english well n by the time i realized it n my driver couldn’t turn around mcdonald’s has the best food, specially the biscuits n gravy but they are so out of it alot bc the mcdonald’s on rivers ave infront of the liguer store n dss/ methadone clinic was only taking cash ( who has cash these days! i would love to have s refund on my meal since i go there every week

Trying to be fair… I was there on a door dash this morning and waited about 20 minutes… just seemed a little inefficient. Others had been there a long time too. But again, I was just door dashing and that’s how I make my money, so, just a little inefficient in the morning (about 930 am 12/9) but I did enjoy the decorations!!

I was nervous about stopping here after reading the reviews, but with few other options, stopped for breakfast anyway. I was surprised by the cleanliness, food, and staff. I placed a mobile order, and everything was excellent. I went inside and it looked clean. Just pleasantly surprised.

Disappointed walked up walk dirty needs pressure washing papers products all over the ground, windows dirty, Inside restaurant floor area filthy, floor is slippery…. I was right behind a customer in line she was helped after waiter went to the back to ask a question from a co worker…. response was communicated so I waited to be next waiter never came back… A few workers came out and talked to friends in the lobby I was never Asked if I needed help…. It looked like a manager was holding a interview in the lobby. One the workers walked to bathroom door was locked I started to walk his way, he asked if I needed to yes restroom I replied yes. He hit the button so I went in. The floor was slippery, dirty, and the sink was too … I lost my appetite so I walked out. Does anyone care. Or is this a low budget operation. Is anyone going to take any action???? We will see I will be back….Today is 4/3/25

I’ve been to this location several times, always ordering through the app and picking up via drive-thru or curbside. The wait time is consistently long, and there is almost always something incorrect with my order. I’ve given it multiple chances, but the experience has remained the same, which is disappointing.

I’ve never had a good experience here. The only reason I go here is because of the location when I have appointments close by. The staff members are so rude and act like your forcing them to do so much just by trying to pay for your food. And there are Always plenty of questionable people hanging around. There is a sign in there saying no loitering for more then 30 mins but I had met a business associate in there yesterday and we had some homeless man bothering us the entire time. No matter what we were talking about he found a way to cut in. I know our meeting lasted close to an hour but we had ordered food. This guy had been there since before us and was still there when we left and he wasn’t there to eat.

Going at 11:30, you’d think everything would be fresh!.. THINK AGAIN. Fries were cold, nuggets were old, and my burger was definitely not getting gold. They also forgot my sauce for the nugs.. What happened to those Golden Arches that I once knew?.. Where’s Ronald?
