First off I ordered a medium frappe they gave me a small. They did not give me a ranch that I paid for and my hamburger meat is still pink. I ordered through Uber eats because I’m at work. It’s not like I can just go get it switched out.

I LOVE the breakfast sauce from McDonald’s that comes on the bagel so when I order, I ask for a plain bagel with folded egg and A TON of breakfast sauce.

So often, locations will charge me a few times for sauce (which is fine), but then it’s like a little squirt on the bagel or the bagel is burnt.

On 1/19/26, around 10:05 or so, I placed my order (I know it’s an odd one) and I explained how much I LOVE the sauce and that it’s okay to be charged more, I just want a lot…. My expectations were low because of how I’ve been let down before, but this bagel was perfect (nice and fluffy) and the amount of sauce on the side was great! So good that I’m writing a review about a damn bagel.

The woman that took my order was so understanding and accommodating (I wish I caught her name) and shout out to the people on the grill!

So at midnight we came through the drive thru and had the nicest worker serve us. They were swamped and still really fast service. The blonde haired woman working the window was the best! Great service

Went through the drive thru and they didn’t give me all of my food so I went back and the lady knew as soon as I pulled up and gave me my missing food as well as two free pies!! The customer service in this situation was unremarkable! You don’t see it done like this often. They were super nice, apologetic, acknowledged the mistake, and went above and beyond to make it right with zero attitude about it. 10/10 experience.

Half filled fry boxes, really??

Tartar sauce? For breakfast? My husband stopped by for breakfast, asked for a Bacon Egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce at about 830-9am so he could suprise me with my favorite breakfast sandwich. They gave him tartar sauce, it doesn’t make any sense.. ‍♀️

This is just absolutely the worst Mc Donalds, every time I think to myself “well maybe they’ve gotten better since its been a while” they manage to disappoint even worse than the previous visit. Serving cold soggy fries, ordering Mc Doubles and having them look like somone punched it, or its missing a burger patty, mc cafe machine and ice cream machine being down constantly. The attitudes the staff give us customers. I just had surgery recently and all I wanted were fries with mac sauce and the attitude my fiancée was given was completely unnecessary, and you can tell the fries were pulled out of the oil too soon, cant tell if it was out of spite or ignorance, but this location is simply the worst of them all in the boiling Springs area. If you’re hungry, go to any location except this one, you’ll be better off.

Just dont bother coming to this location. If I have paid for my food, have a confirmation code, and have proof of what I ordered why refuse to make the order. I made the choice to save money and not doordash but when I pull up after my night shift at 3:30am, im told they can ONLY be taking doordash orders because “the whole system is down, you’ll get a refund”. In fact I did not due to the customer service center being closed. And when we go to the app, it tells you to go to the store for a refund Just a joke honestly.

Christine, (manager?) was EXTREMELY rude, and not knowledgeable about the product she is supposed to represent.

I brought my bagel back because it was missing a piece of cheese. She told me it only comes with one. I have been getting a bagel since they were out the first time, 20 years ago. I’m a member of “Bring back the Steak, Egg & Cheese bagel” Facebook groups. No one knows the bagel like me, ma’am.

When I explained that it does come with two pieces of cheese, that I get it every day and it always has.. she rolled her eyes and walked away. When she came back, I asked for her name (because my family and friends get talked to rudely by employees at both Boiling Springs locations every single time THEY make a mistake and I planned to call the franchise owner’s number which is posted on the drive thru window). She ignored me and shut the window in my face. Then I tried to signal for a gentleman to come to the window and she told him not to so he also refused to look my way. I called the number on the window and when she finally opened the window I explained who I was on the phone with and only then did she give me her name and started accusing ME of “talking nasty” which is an outright lie. I asked her what I said and she said I said two pieces of cheese come on the bagel. Well.. yeah. I said that. I said it calmly and politely. She was the only one being “nasty”.

But for reference, here is a photo from McDonald’s website, showing that it does indeed come with two pieces of cheese. Learn your product and learn how to treat customers. You should be fired but apparently these locations do not care about how their customers are treated AT ALL.

I did contact corporate as well since this rude employees is an ongoing issue with both Boiling Springs locations and the case number is 33517385. If you ever have an issue here just reach out to corporate directly. They answered immediately and took everything very seriously.

I’m leaving 5 stars for the young man who worked tonight 12/4/25. It was chaotic inside, and there were several disgruntled customers. He took the time to check on my order (#1925 5:56pm) and had wonderful customer service and manners. He also maintained respect to everyone when he wasn’t receiving it.

not sure which Mcdonalds this is but if it was along I-95 between Jacksonville and Savannah it was one of the worse ever. McDonalds as a whole is going down in quality of food and customer service. I do not like using a kiosk to purchase food as it takes to long and if you need something special, paying cash, doing a discount it just doesnt work. Not to mention you can barely see meat on any of the burgers anymore. It is better to order the Quarter Pounder and add big mac sauce and lettuce as there is very little meat even left on the regular big mac. Oh and they even charge extra for this. Also they get you with the drinks. You would think a drink all ready comes with the meal, but change from coffee to a large soda and your price goes up a few dollars. Very unhappy with ALL MCDONALDS.

No onions on point but pickle still on and no bacon when bacon 2.00 to add. They not answering the phone and my daughter is highly upset. Why can’t McDonald’s never get the order right. Normally I check my order b4 I leave to get it right but this time my man picked it up and didn’t check the order smh. You all are definitely giving me my funds back if I have to come back up there when I’m off…… update the manager took care of the issue with no problem instead of 1 star I gave 4 the only reason I didn’t give 5 is because the fries seem to never be fresh anymore.
