We got there and ordered on the kiosk after about 10 minutes we finally got someone to come get us our Receipt. Well when I got my burger as u can tell from the pictures it had said no mustard, no ketchup extra onions, extra pickles, I have maybe two onions and a couple pickles I really don’t care I just wanted to eat. So I pulled out my basket of fries from the bag and before I took a bite my friend spotted a black hair so I kindly took it up to the front counter the lady get it asks processes to make a new one at that time the manger come around the corner asking what was wrong with my food and I told her there was a long black hair in it. She sighs and then the employer bring me a new basket of fries and put it on the table and walks away. I love the people that work but the attitude tonight was uncalled for as I didn’t not do anything to hurt them. Is not worth going back!

LThe food was hot, and the coffee was hot as it should be. However, we couldn’t get extra ketchup — the staff didn’t pay attention to us, and the manager walked by three times without noticing or helping. We were very dissatisfied with the service. In addition, the restroom was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I do not recommend this location.

Very nice McDonald’s with good food & service and kids play area inside! Love the ability to order on app with plenty of pick up parking (for delivery to car) or pick up in drive through or at counter. Also have a nice screen inside to use the 4 digit code from the app to access you account information, use rewards and deals from your account and earn rewards. Very easy to order and easily customize any item on your order. Nice folks brought my drink out immediately as sandwich was prepared. Appears to be a new location that’s very accessible and nicely set up with well marked parking.

Was served a raw burger. It’s 9:22 pm, the restaurant is open 24 hours, and the phone is put off the hook so that they can’t receive phone calls. I called the line 17 times and got “line busy” every single time. Little do they know legal action can and will be taken for serving raw meat. People can get sick because your sorry employees are lazy and disgusting.

Unbelievable Service. Tried to get a Refund because there were not any socks with the Grinch Meal. Was trying to get her attention before she handed me a half open, thrown together Grinch Box. Not a word , tried handing me the box. I ask did it have the sox in the box and was told NO. Next question: I would like a Refund and was told no Refund because I ordered the Meal through the app. They r purposely ignoring customers so they don’t have to answer questions. I ordered from home and than went there to pick the Order up. So why is the Grinch Meal on the App. That makes them responsible to make it good. NO GO. Handed me the box and I didn’t realize NO Drink til I got home. What a joke of a place to get food. If they do not care to make it right they are not a place I want to do business with. Was charged $ 14. Insane!
Well, it took Home Office to fix! Shouldn’t have though. I do appreciate it very much but being treated respectfully by the McDonald’s Location is still important these days!

Apparently something has changed since the previous reviews. My family left here tonight talking about how good the experience was… And this isn’t normal after leaving a McDonald’s. The ladies working there tonight seemed to be really on top of their game. They were hustling to get everyone served as quickly possible. We actually would prefer to stop at this McDonalds on future trips through the area.

I waited about 15 minutes for my order. When I returned to the counter to ask where my order was, I was told to wait longer. However, I saw that the staff only printed the order label after I came back, which means my order wasn’t started until that moment. This was very frustrating.
I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce. Unfortunately, the burger was completely dry and had no extra sauce at all. Why am I paying money if basic order requests are not being followed? This should be simple.
I hope you can address this issue and improve the service.

How is this McDonald’s still open!??!?!?!? Re fried chicken, old sweet tea, water down coffee. The restaurant it self smell like a wet dog!! Bagels were hard and when we asked for a replacement, she said you move the inside to the other bagel. Owner or management party you need clean house and focus on customer oriented people.

I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all, especially if you value your time. They take over 30 minutes to prepare an order. I’ve stopped by several times and ended up wasting way too much time — I even had to cancel my orders because I couldn’t get my lunch during my work break.
It’s honestly easier to drive a little farther to another location than to wait here for what feels like forever. I’m never coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, including my friends.
