Out of the past five years I went to McDonald’s. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ll go to this place weekly. I don’t know why I guess cause it’s convenient. It’s close to my house but it’s always horrible service especially third shift. They don’t hear your order and then don’t wanna add it. I want you to go all the way around the building because their employees can’t hear and always are you done? Is that it? Took my 2 grandchildren through the drive thru for lunch on December 19, 2025 for their last day of school before Christmas break. My Granddaughter who is 13 and perfectly capable of ordering, ordered the food for her and her brother. Whoever the lady was that was working the first window, and taking the money was rude as hell. She acted bothered that we were even there. Then when she gave me my receipt, I said thank you and she turned her head and didn’t say a word. You all should not have such miserable people in that position where she is dealing with customers. I worked in fast food years ago and no matter what kind of day we were having, we were friendly and did not take it out on customers. If you want to be treated like garbage, then go to the McDonald’s on New Cut Road. I will never go there again. I didn’t even want to leave one star, but I had to in order to leave a review.

So I came at 1:28am to get a late dinner since this place advertises to be 24/7 now there is even posters on the windows saying 24 hours. So when I got here the lights were all off inside and the menu’s were off. Nice false advertisement. Wasted gas driving here. There is 2 trucks in the parking lot possibly the employees that are hiding cause who ever runs this McDonald’s hire lazy people.
