The ordered food came out very good as far as I could tell but there were at least 2 things that I know could use some serious attention. The chip sauce was just barely a tad different than canned tomatoe sauce. Please find a sauce that has a more of an athentic mexican taste “IF” the Chili franchise will allow it. Also serving margaritas with more ice than actual drink is ridiculous. The photo attached is actually with some of the ice already melted and still appears to be full. These are the small details that keep people from returning. Regardless of these faults, in my opinion, I gave Chili’s an honest review of everything listed. Great job by our waitress, she stayed 1 step ahead of everything.

Food was dry and over cooked. Got the wrong sauces and they just covered the bottoms of the ramekins with ranch, didn’t fill up. Obviously lazy work and packaging. My order was delivered open as well.
My friends have also reported roaches crawling on the walls as they dine and worms in their salad.

This was my first time at this location,I usually attend a different location but we were in the area this day and of course when your hungry why not go to chilis! Anyways we walk in and immediately notice there’s two other families waiting on a table, now don’t get me wrong I do not mind waiting but why we were waiting was the problem. There were 3 hostesses bickering with who i assume was the manager. They were going back and forth for about 5 minutes before all the families, including us, were sat. After that you just kind of read the room and can tell all the waitresses were kind of upset but don’t get me wrong our waitress was amazing with service. Food was amazing, just the atmosphere here was very hostile.

Our waitress was fine. She was nice, she didn’t seemed thrilled to be there though, but she treated us really well, maybe she was tired.
The southwest egg rolls were probably my favorite thing of the night. They were awesome. I got a burger with fries. The burger was okay, but the fries were kind of cold. I didn’t want to be “that customer” who complains so I just ate them. My girlfriend got the Margarita Chicken and that was really good. We got a mango and black berry tea, they weren’t as sweet as I thought they would be, but that’s a good thing. I thought they were just going to taste like syrup. So if you’re looking for a flavored tea that isn’t too sweet, I’d recommend those.
So, they installed these new overhead lights somewhere in the middle of the dining room and wow, they were so bright. Maybe it was the angle that it hit me from where I was sitting, but it was so annoying. It was an eyesore to a point I was going to ask if we could be sat somewhere else. At first, the hostess was going to sit us at these tiny booths, and I asked her if we could sit somewhere else. I didn’t want to ask be placed somewhere else a second or third time so we just stayed.
I was pretty disappointed with the dessert. It took a really long time to come out, and I get that, that’s okay stuff takes time, but when it finally did come out, it was super over done and not soft at all. I remember the cookie being soft, this one just kept breaking into pieces because it was so hard. You can see in the picture where it’s actually sideways it’s so hard, it’s just sitting there at an angle like a disc.
At that point, with the lighting, the cold fries, and the hard cookie I just wanted to leave. We paid, left her a nice tip because none of those things were her fault, and left. Overall, a mediocre visit and experience. I feel this place isn’t what it used to be. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

The service was pleasant, the food was damn good, the drinks were on point the ONE n only complaint is that the booths are a lil cramped, other than that, it’s a great n yummy place to eat… maybe order your food to go home n eat in the comfort of your place!

The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about. The fries weren’t super fresh. I had the quasidillas with both options (bacon/chicken and brisket/cheese), and they were the bomb. I recommend the bacon/chicken one if you want to pick one. The service was okay, he worked hard and it was pretty busy. Got sweet tea instead of unsweet and he took the time to fix it quickly. Surprised me with a refill without my asking. The atmosphere was average, but we enjoyed ourselves and that’s what matters.

Went to Chili’s today for a little lunch date with my bestie and honestly was a great experience. Our waitress Lauren is amazing. She’s very cheerful and attentive. She always checked on us and kept us updated on our food if it’s running behind or almost done and had refills ready for us.

I was there last night with a group of guys and our server Mia was helpful up until her manager started yelling at her in front of the entire restaurant never have a seen such a scene then they proceeded to the back and once again the whole restaurant can hear both of them yelling we come here often but we have noticed how much management has gone down hill you need a better management staff or else you are going to lose a lot of customers a manager should never be yelling and cussing at a server and handle themselves with more control and professionalism that was quite a scene and ruined a lot of tables dining experience!!!

Great service (friendly and attentive server) and atmosphere. Can’t go wrong with tenders and a Merry Margherita. Our server informed us about the Chili rewards program so we were able to get chips and salsa for the table which is always a plus.
