Basket of Fries is always less than it should be. The amount served is equal to a large, while other locations’ servings are almost equal to 2 large. Why did I pay $1 more for less fries??

Dining in isn’t the greatest bc they’re supposed to bring you your order to the table. It can be confusing when someone yells out your number from the counter when the kiosk gave you a different expectation. Just be ready to adapt if the drive thru is busy (for those with ASD). But the food is always RIGHT. The fries are consistently a good crisp (not burnt) texture. The burgers are always perfectly cooked and I’ve never bitten into a stale bun here. The drive thru is a bit slow, but that’s only because this location is super popular. The drinks never give ‘that aftertaste’ so you can tell that they clean the machines.

We have had issues with this location not giving us all our food on several occasions. We also have had several instances where when we do get our food, the nuggets are cold and hard, or the fries are cold. I finally made a complaint with corporate because no one would answer the location phone. The store manager called me back and told me she would send me coupons for my missing items. That’s been 2 months ago, and still no coupons. We will drive the extra time to go to the store by the interstate instead of this location.

The food was fine. The customer service was fine, but the floors were dirty and had a lot of trash under the seats. Didn’t look like it had been moped in a while. We were there from 11:20 to around 12:00

You always have a wait weather you’re going through drive thru or eating inside. Inside ur ignored for awhile until someone finally comes up annoyed that you’re there. In the drive through they sound half asleep and when they hand u you’re food there’s no smile and God forbid you say thank you cause you’ll be ignored. The service actually got worse when they raised how much they are now making to how expensive food is on the menu.

What an absolute disaster. I try to be kind to service workers. But what a joke. The app lets me select pickup in store. I get there and it’s locked. So I have to wait in the drive thru. Takes forever. Get home and half my order isn’t there. C’mon. I won’t go back.

You guys are the WORST mcds for day shift. Little miss wanna be manager i spoke with says she packed my food personally lol well you didn’t do it correctly. I’ve had this happen before on day shift so i started ordering on night shift. Had to work didn’t feel like searching for somewhere to order from so i just did a reorder of what i usually get.
