Tonight I ordered McDonald’s via the app. The kids asked for McDonald’s and we’ve not had it in quite some time so I agreed. So I ordered delivery so by the time they finished their nightly routine dinner would be here. Well unfortunately the DoorDash driver who was assigned our ordered only delivered my drinks. So I immediately contacted the number provided by DoorDash for the driver. They informed me that was all McDonald’s gave them. So since I’d not planned anything for dinner I made the drive I didn’t want to make from the beginning. And I was met with nothing but respect and kindness . They assured me they’d given the driver 2 bags and had even included a shamrock shake bc they’d read the order incorrectly. They offered to show me the cameras as well. They remade our food considering this was to feed my children. I contacted customer service and made a formal complaint on the driver. It’s sad that someone not only received the tip I provided but also kept the food I paid for. Which is frustrating considering it was my children’s dinner. So thank you to the staff on duty tonight for taking care of everything even though they didn’t do anything wrong! I may have been frustrated at the start but I was nothing but grateful by the end.

I bought a McCrispy combo for my son, and when we opened the burger box, the bun had green mold. This is a serious lack of hygiene. I hope the Health Department takes action. I have already filed the corresponding complaint.

Before throwing new people in drive thru to take orders, you should train them the menu. I’m not sure why it was rocket science to make my large number 9 a combo when that’s literally what I asked for. If I wanted 2 individual cheeseburgers, large fry, and large tea, that’s what I would’ve asked for. I simply just wanted it rung up as a combo. Then the person they went to to come “help” was rude and could barely even hear her over the mic. It’s not even 8:30 at night, I can tell second shift is just a “fend for themselves” type shift. I don’t ever expect greatness from any McDonald’s, but I was hoping common sense was given. Oh and to top it off, my 2 cheeseburgers are plain with nothing on it. Nothing we ordered was plain. So I guess the kitchen staff need training too on the menu. And at least put salt on these cold ahh fries. The best service I’ve gotten from this store is early lunch time, I guess when the gm is here. Anything after 3pm, I wouldn’t recommend coming here lol.

Ok. Where to start here. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry and large coke. I sat in the stagnant drive through for 45 minutes! Like what are yoh doing in there? It takes 2 minutes to slap a burger together. The wait was so long purple were having the line. When I pulled up to the window to pay she asked what my order was. I told her that there were a few cars left. She said “oh that happens a lot” I got my food and left. I am disgusted at the wait in this drive thru. I am never coming back to this location. Even the staff admitted they had issues with the sleed of the drive through. If they know about it then they should be doing something to fix it. But yeah im done coming to this location

If i could give no stars, I would! Pulled up at the drive thru at 11:20 pm. They close at midnight. Ordered a quarter pound/cheese combo and was told they don’t make them that late at night and that they could only make McDouble or mcchicken. I call it being lazy. I drove 5 minutes away and ordered the same no problem. Poor Management. Your workers do what you allow them to do.

Went through the drive-through just to grab a late lunch ordered two double cheeseburgers, and got exactly what I expected. Bread was soft and fluffy and meat was actually seasoned and with their deal right now to buy one get one for a dollar you cannot beat it.

Worst McDonalds in Lexington. Sorry service at drive-thru. Had to cancel an online order due to the workers not doing their jobs. McDonald’s then made sure to not refund my money, even when my cancelation was due to their inability to do their jobs. It’s always wonderful to sit at an order screen while the cars in the other lane (who got there way, way after you) just get their orders taken while you are completely ignored. Then when you question the screen you get a nasty attitude in response. That’s cool… $8 gone from my account, don’t expect to see my money ever again.
