This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst locations I’ve visited. The staff is consistently rude, and the service is extremely slow. It often takes 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. I’m not sure if they’re always short-staffed, but if you plan to order here, be prepared for a long wait.

Usually I will pick up breakfast before going into work but today I decided to get lunch on one of my days off. I was reading some reviews and I was shocked to see that the staff was rude. The staff that works weekend shift in the morning are very nice but when I went in today they weren’t patient nor polite. When I got to the second window I was told to pull up I didn’t know how much so I just pulled up till the end of the building I didn’t know that I was supposed to go around to the building I did not see that sign. So for the lady to just say pull up and that was it and then the lady giving me my food after questioning myself if I needed to pull her an up or not because she did not signal to me and she was rude and unpatient as hell. She was an older lady wearing a mask.

I come here quite often because it’s close to where I live and it’s convenient. Almost everytime I come here there’s a kid working. He always has his AirPods in and often gets my order wrong. He constantly asks to repeat my order because apparently he can’t remember three things( probably because of the AirPods) it’s not even that I’m talking fast. I give him time between the things I’m ordering. He’s just not paying attention and clearly does not care about his job or the customers. Overall just tired of how some of the staff treats their customers.

It was a day much like any other. I pulled into the futuristic drive-thru with a full blown big mac attack. It was intense, I’ll tell you. I was hungry and depleted of almost all of my daily meat quotient. I looked around frantically for the clown. You know the one, bright red hair like the center of a star being born. A smile so big and red red in contrast to his whitest of white face. White as a fishes neck. Whiter than teeth. And gloves of equal witness for some reason only known to the clown and the clown alone. What the hell was his name? “CHET”? ” KENT’? I think it was Kent Anold MacDonalze? Yeah, im sure it was that. But he was no where to be seen. I had one last chance effort to pull off the Big Mac cop. I had to go through a regular human. And you know what? It was better than I could of ever imagined and more. 3 minutes and 7 seconds later , I recieved the biggest of all macs. Like it was destiny. Like , I’d always been holding the triple bun double beef and specialist of all sauces sauces shredded lettuce goodness. Or , was it holding me? Guess we’ll never know?

I waited over 25 minutes for my food. Cashier was slurring and never looked me in the eye. Then after 15 minutes of waiting he came over and had to ask us for our receipts because he lost our order. OH. And on top of it when I finally got my food, my order was wrong. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and it came with all the toppings. Not a great McDonald’s.

My food was cold and messy as hell inside the bag. My dasher asked if it was fresh and was told yes. I am 4 minutes away so there is no way it was fresh. This is the 2nd time that this has happened!!! This place is absolutely terrible!!
