We ordered food and they took 30 minutes after ordering to give it to us. The whole crew were in the back talking amongst themselves while we could see the food ready to be packaged and handed to the customers. The guy next to us had been there for 45 minutes only because they didn’t bring it up to him and forgot about his order. Another lady that had ordered before us was missing things from he order and the worker said, “Oh well I put them in there, theres nothing we can do.” And finally when we got our order the fries were cold and when we told them about it they told us “You don’t have to come here.”

Since they don’t post reviews for people to see on DoorDash. Over an hour wait from McDonald’s, which is insane for food that’s supposed to be fast and edible. I don’t care if it was a lack of drivers or the store, the result was garbage. Everything showed up soggy, sloppy, and clearly assembled with resentment. The Big Macs had only middle buns. Not one top. Not one bottom. Just bun purgatory. The McDouble was dry like it had been forgotten on a counter and rediscovered out of guilt. And the fries? Cold, limp, and completely pointless. This wasn’t a meal, it was a warning. I’m sure a critter outside will eat it, maybe… Do better.

It’s hit or miss with this McDs. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s not. The Coke is always fresh (ONLY IN THE DRIVE-THRU) Don’t use the foundation drinks in the Dine -In area…. the cardon/syrup ratio is not good.

Drive tru was fairly busy but inside was not. Very clean dining room and very clean bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and quick. And unlike another location, was glad to accept cash as opposed to card only. Also wasn’t terrible getting on or off of interstate 40. Not a ton of choices headed west bound til you reach Ashville, so overall not a bad choice.

Me and my family ate separate tonight so we went through twice between the hours of 445 and 7 PM on 9/30 of 2025 and this is the first time I’ve ever been to McDonald’s. We’re actually seems of the person who assembled the food cared so whoever that was good on you.

Easter Sunday. Order taker had extremely poor attitude. Wouldn’t make eye contact or help customers. Food was horrible. Cold dried up fries and burgers. Burger threw together condiments all over box. Do yourself a favor and pass on this location.

I went at 10:03am 8/9/25 Ordered and Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel meal, first the frappé wasn’t what I asked for, no bigge easy fix. Im eating my meal, got to the bagle, took a bite a noticed it tasted weird but i thought it was because they forgot the sauce, took another bite and something said look at the bagle. The bagel had MOLD!!!! On it, which explains the taste. So I went in for a refund the Manager was apologetic offered a replacement etc I just wanted a refund. But the part that burned my soul was how RUDE he was to that young cashier in front of customers. He had to use her register to give me a refund and she was in the middle of an order. Mind you I’m patient and not making a fuss. He asked her was she done she said almost, then he takes over and press total and tells the price and she interprets the price to the customer because they did not speak English. They wanted to add more to their order and she is telling and he says “We’ll i dont care hurry up, I need to give her a refund” and the little girl with the customers said “stop being mean, stop being mean to my sister and my mommie” he thought none of them spoke english but the little girl did. And the cashier looked so sad. I didn’t say anything because as a black female passing through a small town, I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. But if that’s how he treats her when he thinks people dont understand english or doesn’t think he is being heard is crazy! Is this how all employees are treated that work there? Her service was EXCELLENT would give 10 Stars for her. But I gave 1 because of the mangers attitude towards her and how rude he was being rude to her like that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
