Everytime I come inside, I get ignored. They have a dozen people on drive thru and one person on front end. It takes forever just to get some ketchup there. They also seem to take care of people first when they have large families rather than if you were first or not.

We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop and grab something quick, as well as use the restroom. I used the mobile app to get a double cheeseburger and a six piece nugget deal (I think it was buy one, get one) and a McChicken. We put the order in minutes within arriving, used the restroom, and got our food within minutes. I ordered the double cheeseburger with no mustard and pickles, and it was made correctly, which I always appreciate. The McChicken and nuggets were good, as expected. The service was quick, and the food was good.

This is the fastest McDonalds I have experienced, and I have been occasionally coming here the past 6 months! The employees are also kind and will listen to your needs, you never have to repeat yourself, and your food always comes out hot !

Lazy employee at 1045pm saying he has to mop so the dining room is closed. The sign on the door says dining room closes at *11pm*.
If this location closes at 10:45 the sign should say that. If Joe blow wants to go home quicker because he doesn’t want to stay after 11:00 to mop that’s his problem. Highly doubt the guy mopping the floor has any say over when the restaurant closes. Another disappointing experience from this location. Thanks, Chuck!
Friendly staff first off. However, very slow service. Curbside pickup took 15 minutes. Restaurant was empty drive-thru was not slammed. Order was marked as delivered to our car a few minutes before they even came out. Also don’t bother ordering large fries here because you’re only going to get the medium quantity. Ripoff.

A year later still the same old ripoff. Paid for large fries got medium quantity. Drive-thru is very very slow at 4:15 in the afternoon. There is not a long line service is just incredibly slow. Go to the one on Spartanburg highway or four seasons boulevard instead.

Here we are at least two years later with the same lack of value for money spent. What is so hard about filling a fry container? Yes this includes the loose fries that were in the bag. I wonder if the franchise owner ever reads these reviews

Pretty much what you expect in a mcdonalds. Food fine, local area is a bit sketchy. Didn’t really feel comfortable sitting in and eating. Toilets attached were gross.

McChicken bun was molded and it didn’t have bacon that I paid for on it. The nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. The Big Mac had cheese and we asked for no cheese because my daughter has a milk allergy. Employees spoke broken English

Don’t bother getting the juicy McRib. Dry piece of meat with very little sauce. But you can pay extra for sauce. Good luck with that as well. Major disappointment.

Every time I come here they always mess up my order I asked them pumpkin spices latte. At at window for over 10 minutes waiting on my food and it was cold when I received it tried to call the restaurant no one would answer tried to go back through the line. They wouldn’t help me.
