At this point I’m so sick of paying for a large and never getting a large fry. Just because it’s in a large box doesn’t make it a large if you can’t fill the to the top. More than half empty. Should I have gotten a medium maybe even a small for what I was given. Not worth the money and it has happened way too many times to count. Also the food seemed to take so long because employees were more worried about being on their phone or going outside. Wasn’t very fast food like at all.

Thru got my order wrong even though there was a ticket on the wrapper. When getting it replaced they were nice enough to give me an apple pie, but I had to ask for it. You never know what you’re going to get.

Went in there today to get the cat boo bucket. The red haired guy behind the counter told me it was a inconvenience for him to go get one and that you couldn’t pick which one you want you had to take whatever they had out so I went to the macdonalds across town and they had no problem getting me one so we went back to this Macdonalds and talked to this same red haired guy who claimed to be a manager there and told him see how easy it was to get one. Don’t work in customer service bud

Staff members were friendly and very polite. Service was excellent for fast food even though they looked like they were short staffed. Everyone was busy cooking and cleaning. Quick service for the amount of customers.

All McDonald’s in the area suck except the one in Fletcher that is not owned by Chuck and Teresa Edward the only concerned about money and speed. Every time I go to this McDonald’s something is screwed up. Normally I don’t get everything I pay for. This time I had ordered for my family which included 4 quarter pounders no onions add mayonnaise, and recieved 4 quarters no cheese add mayonnaise. I only checked this time to make sure I received all the food. I guess from now on I will sit right there at the windows and make sure everything is there and the way I ordered it before I move from the window.

Tried to use kiosk…. wouldn’t take my credit ….didn’t help asked for assistance which didn’t come. Ordered at the counter and it took 14 minutes to get our order. ….others after us got theirs before us. We ordered 2. 10 piece mcnuggets, 2 fries and a drink. Chicken was the worse I have ever had. Fries were luke warm.
