Oh McD’s…what happened? This restaurant is ALWAYS busy. We love ourselves some McD’s. Their food is hot, and typically correct to the order. But… they really need to consult with Chick Fil A on their service. We, along with probably 10 others, had to wait 20 minutes or more for a basic egg McMuffin meal. In their defense, labor is scarce anymore and it is sad. There is work out there for those that want to work. Thank you to the McD staff that did show for work that day. Keep your head up, maybe you will get more staff in the future.

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! It took 50min in the drive thru… finally had to go inside and wait another 10min just for someone to acknowledge me just for them to finally get our food and practically throw it in my face. We couldn’t even cancel our order or get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

This has got to be one of the slowest Mcdonalds in the entire Mcdonalds organization and this area of the country! They say there is nothing certain in life but death and taxes, well add this slow Mcdonalds to the list. The only time I even consider coming here is if the drive-thru line is at the speaker. Even then you are in jeopardy of a 30 min wait. Then when you finally get to the speaker, they leave you hanging with no acknowledgement, “Hello”, “It will be a moment” or nothing. You don’t know to keep waiting or if all the employees finally walked out, quit or what. And the next pain point for me is that 80% of the time they never fill the fries up! No big deal unless you choose fork over the upcharge to get more fries and then you get screwed getting the same amount as a regular. Most times it’s only half filled at best. Ray Croc would roll over in his grave All employees here need to watch “The Founder” movie so they see how far off they are from the Mcdonalds standard.

We went through the drive through, but I did run in to use the bathroom. Extremely clean,well stocked bathroom.
We all got drinks, which were cold and good. One of us got sweet tea, and did complain it was to sweet. However, they go through that drive through frequently and they say the tea is usually perfect.
We got fries. They were fresh and hot, and delicious.
Everyone was super nice.

Went to drive through Saturday night. It literally took 35 mins for them to serve me and 4 cars infront of me. I ordered a big Mac and a dubble cheeseburger
The bigmac was OK but the cheeseburger didn’t have any ketchup or anything. It was just a burger and cheese on a bun.

I guess it’s to be expected. No pride in the way things are served. Ordered the McRib which I haven’t had in many years. I know it will never look like what the pictures show on the menu/signs/advertisements, but you’d think there may be some similarities. This thing was inedible without a fork or some type of gloves. I haven’t ever seen so much bbq sauce on anything. Waste of money but it’s McDonald’s and I’m sure I’ll be back. Just really dissapointed.

Pulled up to this location at around 10:40 just to be sitting at the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me only to drive around and see people literally in the back not doing anything with the door wide open. The food is always a hit or a miss and so is when they are opened. What’s the point of having operational hours if you can’t follow them or have a staff follow them ♀️ horrible.
