Probably one of the better McDonalds in the area. Food is fast, always hot. Downside for me has been that 50% of the time they mess up my drink order. Order Coke and get diet. If you order sweet tea, its always right though.

Every time you go there they overcharge you $0.50 for a cup pay attention to your receipt I addressed it with them several times and I don’t even ask for super size they got mad today when I told them I was going to report them and they deliberately burnt my food and send it out the window I took it back and showed the manager he just gave my money back he didn’t care never even apologized the sad part they’re not hurting me they hurting McDonald’s business.
I contacted McDonald’s and showed them the burnt sandwich the toast literally was black as well as a sausage I want to showed the pictures but there’s no option and I see why it says
Poor Management all day long… I can still smell the burnt in my car worst customer service ever! But remember you can’t stay on top if you continue to do your customers this way new restaurants are opening every day PAY ATTENTION they will cheat you watch your receipt!

So friendly of people but at the same time I always order the exact same thing every morning which is a cup of ice and a mocha frappe. But this time in my cup of ice I seen something and it was a Mosquito. The employees need to take the time to check all cups and ice for mosquitos and other insects and bugs that are in their drinks. I worked at McDonalds for years and this is crazy that this has happened at one of my favorite places for my frappes and ice. Disappointed in the staff and crew. Payed $6.95 for ice with a mosquito in it.

Look, it’s McDonald’s. We know there isn’t anything spectacular or earth shattering. What I like about McDonald’s, particularly this on on Hwy 127, is the staff and the nice lady that waits the dining room. She is extremely nice and keeps the restaurant very clean. Okay, back to the food….it’s all the same everywhere. I also like that I can take an order back if it’s not correct and they simply get it right. Some pics of the recent renovation. We’ll be back.

This is a very well built mcdonalds. Very comfortable, peaceful and classy feeling. They workers are very respectful and considerate, they check on you and also keep the place very clean. This is one mcdonalds I will definitely visit again when I’m in Hickory!
Also the food was hot and good, the sesting was plentiful and very comfortable. This is a great mcdonalds, keep up the good work to whoever owns this mcdonalds!

I recently visited this McDonald’s in Hickory, NC, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The table service was exceptional—something you don’t always expect at a fast-food place. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was also spotless, which is always a big plus. It’s a perfect spot for a Sunday morning gathering, with a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

They don’t care about serving anyone except DoorDash and the drive through. I was there today and was told they were no longer taking counter orders because they had too many DoorDash orders to fill. Seriously?? The owner should embarrassed!!!! Never again!!

Personally I would not rate any star I ordered a whole big breakfast meal and found hair in the eggs and hair cooked into the hash brown then I bring it up to the manager and she gives me an attitude about their service, this is not the first time they messed up on my order. I won’t be returning to spend my hard earned money here no more poor service and unsanitary!

The lady taking my order and taking payment for my clients order from the kiosk, decided to have one hell of an attitude with us and snatched the money from our hands so rudely. Very unappreciated services from her.
