I must say this McDonald’s in Snow Hill operates fantastically! I go here about once a week on my way home from work and they always get my order correct. I typically use the drive-thru, and unlike years past, it moves fairly efficiently. The food is fresh and tasty. If you’ve not tried this McDonald’s in a while, now’s your time

My order was wrong. A manager came to the window and told me that I should have double checked the order on the screen (instead of just trying to correct the order…I would have paid the difference). When I asked her how much I paid for it she shrugged and told me that’s why they put receipts in bags and walked away. I go to McDonalds three times a week for the kids because it’s convenient after school, not because I want to experience someone’s attitude.

Went through the drive through to get a coke, was 1.59 , gave a dollar sixty. They kept my penny and was told the bullshit excuse , because they quite making pennies, i wonder if they would appreciate if I gave them 1.55 and said, I don’t have any pennies they quit making them.

Oh, my, gawd. What a disaster this place was. All I wanted was iced coffee. Employees lacked knowledge or skills. Stood around getting nothing done. I get it, it’s McDonalds. My expectations are low. But is it too much to just get one drink? McDonald corporate, you should provide hands on help to get this place running better… help them.

EVERY TIME I go for breakfast they NEVER open on time!! When I get off work I’d like to have a bite to eat and head home, not have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for them to open! Again this isn’t once in a while or here and there, this is EVERYTIME I go at 5AM!! I understand people have lives and things come up but seriously can you just open on time?

I got ONE cheeseburger and a fry! Why am I getting pulled up for that and on top of that have to wait over 5 mins for it?!!! It’s everytime I come here they ask you to pull up! It’s ridiculous and it’s supposed to be a “fast” food restaurant when all they really care about is that drive thru time. So again it’s not about the customers, all they care about is themselves and whatever bonus they get if they reach a drive thru goal!
