The GM Martin really makes this establishment a better place. The quality of food, speed of service and accuracy of my orders has improved since he joined the team at this location. I usually go to Gifford for my favorite meals but I may have found a new spot to indulge in my favorite chicken sandwich around. A big thanks to Martin and his crew for always getting me right on my lunch breaks and quick family dinner nights.

I would have been less disappointed in the fact my “ketchup and cheese only” burger came with mustard if the burger itself had any actual flavor. Even after scraping off the mustard to the best of my ability (which doesn’t even come on it normally!) the remnants of mustards past still had a flavor that overpowered the bland beef. This used to be the only acceptable place to get food without a half-hour drive, but I’d hesitate to call it food at this point.

People that work here definitely deserve to work here. Wouldn’t want them working somewhere actually important, as when I walked in to an empty front counter, an older employee wiping tables that was walking towards the counter saw me and instantly walked back out to dining room to ignore her job. Manager had to yell for front counter service to get her to come back, to which she asks after every word almost out of my mouth “is that all”, and once food was done, she looked at it in the chute and just ignored it. I had to ask if that was my food for her to even bag it. I don’t get it, if you hate your job so much and doing your job is such a bore, just quit.

The lady Tina working the drive thru is just awful. No hello or greeting, just stuck out food to me and no have a good day nothing. I sat there and checked my order and was missing items. Waited a few minutes for her to acknowledge me. Once she finally did he polite acknowledgement was what’s the matter in such a crude manor. Not someone I would want representing my business.

Had just discharged my veteran son recieve the WORST response from the rep taking his order. When inquiring about a veterans discount the young man replied “fortunately not”. Do better BK. While I realize there may be quite a few veterans or pretend veterans taking advantage of discounts the response was unwarranted.

I can’t believe how nasty the fish sandwich was and the cost! $10 for a tiny, grease laden block of fish, fries were good, not homemade lemonade. The fish couldn’t be eaten-didnt fit bun-rock hard and almost just breading.

This morning I had to repeat more order due to apple music being played loudly over intercom then I asked the drive thru is my double sausage biscuit in here ? Oh yes he said, nope it wasn’t so had to turn around and go in. I was made to feel like I was bothering them .. so I get home throw the hash browns in air fryer I think they were from yesterday’s breakfast same with the sausage patties. Then my wife’s sandwich cold and two crumbled pieces of bacon… 18$ for that garbage. Never again!

I wish I had gotten the name of the two women at the drive thru, they were the nicest, most pleasant employees I have come across at any fast food stop in a long time! One of them asked if I wanted a crown and I first said no but then said yes, mentioning that I was going to try and get a photo of one of my dogs wearing it (only 1 out of 3 cooperated!) and here’s Marty wearing his crown after his cheeseburger and fries!
