Did an app order. Had to wait 10 + minutes. Fries warm, QP messy, wraps no flavor. Drinks were good. ♀️

I visited the drive thru and ordered a big breakfast and coffee. The coffee was delivered at the window when I paid. I was then instructed to park and my order would be brought out.
It took 10 minutes for my order to be brought to me. At no time did anyone say “sorry for the delay” or ” thank you “. The bag had no flatware, no syrup, no butter and one napkin.
This is not acceptable and reflects poorly on management. You people need to do better.

You should think about replacing the girl taking money at the st drive through window. I went through the drive through on 12/30/25 around 1:30. They are doing construction so when I pulled up to place my order I was told to pull to the first window and place order there. When I finally got to that window the girl had an annoyed look on her face and asked if I ordered 3 drinks. I said no, I haven’t placed my order yet. I was told to place it at the window. I got the biggest eye roll and attitude. It rubbed me so wrong that I lost my appetite for McDonald’s and I said never mind and drove off. This isn’t the first time she has given attitude. Replace her with someone else who can at least look like they are happy to have a job. She needs a serious attitude adjustment!

Each time that I order from this location it is never a good experience. Whether it’s online, delivery, drive through, or inside order it’s never correct. There is also, a long wait each and every time. I have many pictures of my order and then what I receive. I always say no pickles because I’m allergic and they still put them anyway. They do remake my order but it’s bad if I hadn’t have double checked or if it was a child instead. When you walk in no speaks or is ever smiling so it’s not a welcoming atmosphere. To management please please train the staff better. This is an absolute awful location!! I’ve stopped ordering from them before because of these issues and tried again today but today I am absolutely done this time!! Everyone check your orders before leaving and definitely before eating!!!

This McDonald’s was a waste of our time. The people were not nice and gave us the wrong food. My family order some 6 piece kids meal for my brother and that was the only thing ordered for no confusion and instead of giving us nuggets they gave us two patties in a nugget box, not even a burger TWO PATTIES! Please don’t waste your money here. It was outrageous and ridiculous!!! There are photos below of this ridiculousness

Great stop on the way at to the beach, they have a play place. Im not sure why the reviews are so bad, it’s McDonald’s not a 5 star restaurant. Looks like it was updated recently and is clean enough for a quick bite, stretch and play.

I used my app to make the visit quicker, but we ended up being pulled forward and had to wait for almost 30 minutes while car after car went on about their day. We were not told that any specific part of the order was the reason for the delay either so we just had to sit there with a whining 6 year old driving us crazy.
That said, the order was perfectly correct, and the food was good as well. This delay is not common at this location so I would not let my experience deter you from going to this location.

I made an Order at 10:40 got a confirmation at 10:41 drove 12 min to the location just to get an email while I was waiting that my order was cancel why wait 20 minutes to cancel the order make me waist my gas and my time for nothing…… it’s always something with this location!!!
