I asked for my bagels to be toasted and my food to be hot. Instead of toasting both sides of my bagels, they toasted the same side twice and burnt it. Plus, look at the pics. The food was cold, and the cheese didn’t melt. And then it was both of them. I deserve this for cheating on my meal plans anyway, but geesh. I was craving this item or Chinese food. I guess I should have spent the extra money!

The first time I ordered through the app everything that could possibly go wrong goes wrong! (I parked in curbside)First I was given the wrong order then I was told that my order never appeared so that I had to look for my receipt. Then the girl comes out with half of my stuff and says they found my order. I mentioned that I was missing my 3 fries & she said oh right. Then I checked and remembered I was missing my spicy sandwich as well so I decided to go inside. I told her that the sandwich was also missing and that it was no mayo on it. I left hoping everything was right but nope! I checked my sandwich and it had mayo! so I went back AGAIN and got it changed. THEN when I got home I noticed I got one of my desserts in the wrong size which frustrates me because this was a pure nightmare from the start! Also the bigger size which I ordered is more expensive than the other. I get no one wants to work but please pretend to enjoy it or make an effort please. Let’s not ruin this franchise.

Used the kiosk to order and put my number on the table. After a while I got my breakfast platter but they didn’t add my hash brown. Brought my tray to the counter and I tried to tell the manager that I was missing my hash brown and before I could finish explaining, she just took the breakfast platter off the tray and yelled to someone in the back “I need a new breakfast with no pancakes!” Then she drops a different breakfast platter down with no pancakes and still no hash brown. I then had to re-explain that the pancakes were ok but I was still missing a hash brown. This is what happens when you don’t take the time to listen. And the orange juice tasted like orange water.

Went through the drive through had to wait ten minutes for them to even take our order, asked to add a drink and he said hell no before we could even say what it was and left. Actually insane
Edit: realized this was the same kid that was rude at the other McDonald’s telling us our order was nasty and what not

As a veteran who has trouble processing new information, I was so thankful to see a kind friendly woman at the counter where you place your order.

I really did not want to use a kiosk where I feel “very” frustrated in trying to make a selection. The woman at the counter took her time with me which released my anxiety in trying to place an order. That means a lot to me.

This store was so clean from tables to the floor.

Unless you ask for food to be made as you wait, it will be cold. Then you have to wait quite a while before you get it. Condiments are behind the service counter, so you have to remember to ask for them! If you forget, then you have to wait for the counter person to return. Portions have gotten smaller… ie: burgers and buns. The cheese doesn’t cover the entire burger… you only get half a slice of cheese placed in the middle. Pièce de résistance… ordering from a kiosk. I deleted my app because it wouldn’t allow me to order what I wanted… only what they wanted to sell.

one of the girls working offered us pup cups after i said we wanted apple slices for the happy meal side to give to our dogs and they loved them… i attached the video for you thank you for making our night and the dogs’ night. they needed those pup cups after a long day at the beach 🙂

Fortunately this location is fast, serves food fresh and hot, even when ordered from the app.
Hot coffee prepared as requested. Burrito assembled when ordered.

I don’t usually have standout experiences at McDonald’s, but today was different, and I need to share it, especially for this location.

Today, we had to say goodbye to our cat. It was one of the hardest days. I stopped by the McDonald’s drive-thru to get a 4-piece nugget — chicken nuggets were her favorite treat, and it felt like a small way to honor her as her last meal

When I got to the speaker, I couldn’t hold it together. I started crying as I placed my order. By the time I pulled up to the window, they gently told me the meal was on them. At both windows. I broke down in tears again. They even made them fresh for her.

The kindness, the compassion — it meant more than I can put into words. Every person there showed genuine care in such a vulnerable moment. I’ve never experienced something like that, especially not at a fast food place. It reminded me that even in the smallest moments, people can show up with big hearts.

Thank you to that McDonald’s crew. You truly made a difference today.
