We waited at the curbside for 20 minutes. Finally went in to get the food, might have been waiting on the cookies ordered. It was busier inside than out, so I’ll give them a pass. Food was good and employees helpful and polite, apologetic for delay. Still one of my favorite stores to frequent.

This McDonald’s is seriously the best! I pass two others just to come here. Their biscuits are amazing, always cooked just right, and the fries are always hot. You can tell they put love into their food. Seriously, kudos to this McDonald’s, you guys shine compared to the other Wilmington spots. Don’t ever change, I really appreciate you!

I just stopped for lunch. Was one the best experiences i have ever had at a mickey ds. Tasha the lady out front is such a positive representation of your company. I hope her great work is recognized. Also the people making the food deserve a shoutout everything was hot an fresh. Just a great all around job.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions I did get that but the burger was dry as if it had been setting wrapped up for a little while and it did not taste fresh I think I threw it into the trash at the gas station next door, and then got something else to eat across the street. They need to make the food fresh the burgers should be hot and juicy and the cheese should be melting on the burger and the bun should be warm

The food was was warm vice hot and we was missing an item from our order. Unfortunately, it was a drive-thru order and we didn’t find out until we got home and attempted to distribute the food between our family members. This is uncommon for this location. I was very surprised by our order.

The issue began on 01/19/2026 at 8:05 pm at the drive-thru window when an employee handed me a drink with soda pooled on top of the lid, causing the liquid to spill down my arm. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, he laughed and walked away to tell his coworkers, who then began laughing at me through the window.
When I requested a manager, an individual named Josiah came to the window; however, he was also laughing and did not take the situation seriously. I requested a refund, at which point a woman came to the window and refused to return my money unless I returned the food—despite the fact that I had not yet been given any food, only the soda.
Because the staff refused to issue a refund for items I never received, I felt it necessary to call 911. Upon the arrival of the police, Josiah informed the officers that he had my money, yet I was still threatened with being trespassed from the property. This place lacks any type off professionalism or basic human decency.

Went to pick up my online order, took me 30 minutes just to receive the wrong order. I came back to get a refund, manager told me i could do it in the app since it’s “incomplete”. The app says it’s complete and now I can’t get one. The manager was dismissive and just said “You can go now byyeeee.” I try to be as understanding as I can since I work at a similar place, but it’s unacceptable to just lie and dismiss the issue.
