The place is nice and clean service was good! But most of the food was bad disappointed in the food. Most was overcooked especially the steak basically rubber. No real crab or real sushi. If your looking for real crab you wont find it there. I basically just ate crawfish. The roll i had was harder than a rock couldn’t eat it. I can make better food from scratch at home with the price they charge

Food was good. No frog legs that I was there for. A bit on the high side, we were there for lunch. Two seniors and 10 year old with two waters and one coke was 52.00 to much for lunch was the only disappointment

I used to love this place and would come here almost every Sunday afternoon after church with my family and another family. About a week ago whenever I stop by and ate all the food reminded me of gas station quality. Rice, egg rolls chicken on a stick… My grandma paid and made me feel bad because I didn’t eat a lot due to the food. $30+

First time I ate in here. It was terrible. I Eat Chinese buffet three or four times every single week. I haven’t ate here in years so I thought I’d give it another shot today. I walk in and stand at the cash register waiting to be seated forever with never being greeted by the guy standing behind the counter absolutely ridiculous customer service skills. I turned around and left, and I won’t be back.

We were loyal to this place forever despite its high prices.
We went this afternoon and even left a pretty sizable tip.
…and were thanked with food poisoning.
Vomiting diarrhea the whole nine yards.
I should add this was the only thing we ate today. So there are no other options.
The food wasn’t even good enough to excuse the pain it caused. The meats were lukewarm and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while (it wasn’t busy at all).
We went to go try and get a refund quietly but it turned into an altercation and argument. Staff was extremely rude and kept making foul faces and tried avoiding giving us their insurance number. We had to argue for a long time just to finally receive it from them. We will be filing complaints with the health department and opening up an insurance investigation. Don’t eat here.

Went to eat at a buffet. The waiter refilled 2 of four drinks once. And cleared dishes after. Total 77.04 we left 12.96 tip $90 even. Only to find they charged 97.
Updated-after calling they recognized it was a keying error and issued a refund for the difference. Mistakes happen but so does good customer service.

Seriously, don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of better options in Conway. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was the worst Chinese buffet I’ve ever visited. Much of the food was dry, bland, and overcooked. Service was sub-par, and atmosphere, well… just go somewhere else.
