Average McDonald’s rude staff and I will blame racism as my white husband asked for the correct sauce and was completely ignored by all 3 black girls that were at the counter it took the white girl to come around from the back to give him the correct sauce. Let me tell you young girlies with hate in your heart …you’ll miss out on a lot of good opportunities and miss out on meaningful friendships staying hateful. Not to mention you keep treating people that way the divide will only continue to grow. the only way communities thrive is when we come together. As they say “divided we fall united we stand.” Don’t worry I’ll keep smiling and being kind bc THATS who I am but you should really reflect on who you are and how you want to be perceived. We had to wait in the drive through for over 20mins without being helped two cars pulled off because the wait was so long this inconvienances people. If people dont wont to work then hire new people because this is crazy to have to wait for so long especially WHEN THEY ARE NOT BUSY.

Run as fast as you can away from this location. Believe me, it’s not worth the trouble. Sure, it’s McDonald’s, but you’d expect a bit of decency from the staff — instead, we encountered some of the slowest service imaginable. We ordered two 1/4 pd value meals, and it took what seemed like an astonishing 30 minutes to get our food. I’m serious. After waiting patiently, I finally asked the staff how much longer it would be. The lady rolled her eyes, dismissed me, and walked away. Meanwhile, my order number sat untouched in the bag. I watched her grab the fries, place them on the holder, and then walk off without a word. When I asked again, she returned, ignored my request, and finally shoved the fries into the bag before leaving it there. When I insisted again, she claimed she called my number — which I clearly saw her do the exact opposite. Then when I finally got my order her apology was rolling her eyes and saying, “you got your order now”…
To the owner who comments on reviews: don’t believe me? I’m sure you have cameras and a way to check your order times and flow. Not to mention, it was your night manager because she had a different shirt, handling order 968 (maybe 928) around 9 p.m. on Thursday, 10/30. Remember to look for two 1/4lb meals. It was not even crowded at all. Maybe 4 or 5 of us waiting on our orders. She may have cleared the system to show a quicker time or the wait time will reflect it.
Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this place. Worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten at!

I’m a realistic person. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. But I went through the drive-thru at 6:30 in the morning. And apparently, there was only one person working. And he was doing his job. But he’s one guy. So he would take an order complete the order and then come back and take another order. So I sat at the drive-thru not understanding what was going on for like two full minutes. Then he took my order mumbled, couldn’t hear him. Went up to the window waited while he prepared my entire order. Paid. Then I could hear him take the next person behind me’s order. It shouldn’t be like this. I don’t know if McDonald’s just needs to pay their people better, or treat them better. But nobody should be working by themselves. Also I think my food has sat under a heat lamp or something for a long time. The bread was hard as a brick. I threw it away. Not even worth eating.

This McDonalds definitely wouldn’t be my first choice but tonight I came in around 8:30 and they were fairly busy Jayleen (I believe her name was) took my order and I noticed she was doing the whole lobby by herself, taking orders, working cashier and delivering food out to the customers in the lobby, all by herself. With an amazing attitude and a kind smile! She did absolutely amazing!! and it made me change my mind a little about that McDonalds… She had white black and pink braids and is on the shorter side. This girl deserves a raise!!

Staff is rude. Messed up my buddys order than made him buy another if the thing he askrd for and lied and siad he ordered sometning else. Then he used the bathroom for a few minufes and i was wiating for him in lobby. Rude black lady around her 40s or 50s said to gst out for no reason. Go to another mcdonalds in wilmington if you dont want to deal with rude service.

It’s your average McDonald’s. We go pretty often because we live close, the service and quality is hit or miss. I’ve had times going through the drive through where the fries are fresh and they got the sauces right.. I’ve also had times where I sit in the drive through line for 12 to 15 minutes.

I placed an order on the mobile app last night at 11:30pm (10.22.25) the app says the store is open, and it’s a 24 hours location. I drove to the store, the drive through was blocked off with a stack of boxes. When I drove to the window the workers inside made eye contact with me and ignored me. I sat there for a few minutes until a worker came around and said “they’re closed” and I need to “cancel my order”. When I stopped by the next day, I was told they had to close early for some cleaning procedures, which is totally fine I get it. The employee helping me at the counter offered to comp my meal that I didn’t receive last night and give it to me today to apologize for the inconvenience of last night. The manager whipped around the corner and said they couldn’t do that because a refund was already issued. I told them I understood, but it was poor costumer service and I am hesitant to return knowing they don’t care about the quality of their customers’ experiences.
