This is probably my favorite McDonald’s. The restaurant is always clean and never felt like the workers would spit in n my food. Today I visited and went to the right lane of the drive thru, only to se a car pull up on the left, get their order taken after mine and then I just sat there. Tried making contact with the server and nothing.
I decided to park and let my wife order inside. The wait time? I had enough time to reflect on my life choices, consider going back to college, and watch three students walk from Jack Britt to the store faster than my order moved.
Overall experience: 2/10. One point for the Coke (they can’t mess that up), and one point because at least it wasn’t on fire.
Would I go back? Probably. It’s McDonald’s. But next time I’m bringing patience, a snack for the wait, and maybe a therapist for emotional support.

Usually the food is alright when I visit but today was just unacceptable. They gave me the wrong size drink, forgot a straw and spoon, forgot my fries and left a EXPIRATION STICKER ON MY BURGER BUN! Like WHAT?! How do you just add that on there. The bacon expires 2 hours after my order and that’s just gross. The burger tasted disgusting even after pulling off the bacon. The staff were nice but I rather have disrespectful people making GOOD food than what this was. I’m probably not going to be back to this location for a hot minute.

This is a very clean establishment but I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of food and service by management (Dennis).
I was given 2 stale & cold apple pies along with attitude. Asked for new ones and was offered a 12 minute wait! After saying ‘no thankyou’ to the wait, I watched him walk over and talk about me to his employee.
I’ll definitely avoid this location going forward. Last thing I need on my lunch break is a problem.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and ordered a mcrib meal and a triple cheeseburger meal with sweet tea. The lady working the drive thru said they didn’t have any sweet tea and said they would give me a large sprite in its place. She proceeded to come to the window with two cups of tea and i asked her if it was sweet and with an attitude she said “yes it’s sweet” and right then i knew it wasn’t. Pulled the lid off and tasted it and then demanded the sprite. What a liar she was. Plus the mcrib looked like it was sitting all day. Was dry and nasty and fries were cold. Won’t be back at this McDonald’s!

I came through at 10:23 pm on 2/1/26, and the employees messed up my order. They forced me to pull around and get back in line despite me telling them I already had just reordered it after they screwed it up. After THEY messed it up they had the audacity to talk shit about it in front my face in front of house. The employees are extremely rude, there are better mcdonalds in town.

Why do everyone yell at employees here?? I bet this store doesn’t even pay them enough or give them enough hours. The general manager of this place is really harsh on the employee. All I hear in the back is yelling for little to no reason. I’ve had my order messed up several times probably because of the stress you’re putting on these hard workers!

Drive-Thru is backed up so I went inside to make an order in the process of standing at the counter. Waiting for my food. Two German cockroaches one on the counter and one on the ground came out from behind the counter. I brought it to the attention of three staff members all looking as of the age of 21 or younger. Very clean restaurant. They had big blow up dice and items, getting ready for their Monopoly promo. I needed help from kiosk. Young lady was kind enough to stop her decorating and help me. First time @ this one. Very nice, I’ll shall return. Thanks everyone.

Instead of going. I’m asking someone how he could help me. He decided his cell phone call was more important. They also messed up part of our order
