A great Bob Evans! Staff let us know that they were having some staffing issues but they were still so kind and helpful! The food was quite good and the overall atmosphere was nice and homey. Would recommend if looking for a Bob Evans in the area!

However, for a $13.50 overcooked thin burger that didn’t have the reality appeal as the menu photo, a competitor would make a better choice.

This is the second time of horrible food the first time I told the manager and moved on this time I will tell all of you. There was no gravy on turkey dinner the stuffing was black, my husbands food was not even close to what we ordered or edible and my grandsons order was half correct at least he got his pancakes, I did call the manager I do not want my money back I don’t want any more of there food and I will never order from here again. A 1 star review is way to many for this place, sadly it used to be great and we always loved it.

We visit this Bob Evans every few months, and we’re always greeted warmly and seated quickly. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Today, I ordered the Rise & Shine burger with fries, which comes with hash browns, American cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were great. I also had the fresh brewed peach iced tea and enjoyed four refills, but was only charged for one. My wife had her usual salad, which she described as “perfect.” We decided to share an ice cream sundae for dessert, making for a completely satisfying meal. The total cost for everything, including dessert, was just $30. Great food, great service, and great prices!

I am blown away by this place every time I come here. I go out of my way to go to this specific restaurant because I’ve literally never had any issues and the food is always served in top tier quality. This is by far my favorite Bob Evans. Don’t believe me? Look at these pictures! The food is amazing and it’s always very clean. Staff is so polite.

The food has been better. My wife’s order was overcooked and the biscuits were cold. She didn’t want to complain but she was disappointed. They should pay attention to the quality of the meal instead of serving the customer something that is not cooked well. We could hear the waitress having a conversation with the cook about how to prepare my wife’s order because the waitress saw it was not correct. But they served it anyway.

Beware ordering a holiday meal from the Brunswick Bob Evans. I never received my order. I spent $235 and they dropped off 4 drinks. No meal. The drinks had been spilled in the bag so they had to be thrown away. I called the manager Steven and he was very unhelpful. He said it’s DoorDash problem. I didn’t order from DoorDash! I ordered from bob evans. He refused to remake my order or give me a refund. I asked for corporate phone number, a DoorDash account number that was used for my order & a contact number for DoorDash. He said he didn’t have any of those and corporate couldn’t help me anyway. I did get upset at that point because he was refusing to resolve the problem. He finally gave me the number for Shawn, regional manager. Who I left a voicemail with. He said it’s door dash’s mistake so be mad at them & get my refund from them even though it was THEIR 3rd party contractor! I then called DoorDash and explained the situation & they said Bob evans is to refund me because that’s where I placed the order. I told DoorDash how unhelpful Steven was, so we conference called together. DoorDash said they take full responsibility for the mistake & they have credited Bob evans a full refund & they need to refund me. They could only refund the restaurant since I didn’t order from DoorDash. Steven said he’ll try but it could be days and he has to email someone for it to be approved & many times they are denied, so he couldn’t confirm to DoorDash if I’d get that refund. Shawn returned my call & said he’d make sure I get my refund and he’d speak to Steven about how this was handled. Unfortunately that left me with no food for the Thanksgiving I am hosting, no money as refunds could take days, & no confirmation that the refund was done. I have my mom at home dying of lung disease on a vent who I take care of and have no time to cook a big meal & now I have to cancel the family dinner I was hosting. I understand mistakes happen. The response to the mistake & the manager leaving me with no resolve, no food, & no money for thanksgiving is appalling. At minimum they could’ve remade my order & I could’ve picked it up.I spent $235 & they ruined my holiday.

No complaints, amazing food, and great service. I had the rise and shine burger which consists of bacon, a burger patty, scrambled egg, cheese, and hash brown. It was unbelievably good. I also thought their fries were surprisingly good. Definitely recommend for any time of the day

So far every time I have ordered food from this Bob Evans the food has been horrible. Pancakes are either burnt or undercooked, ask for soft fresh biscuits for my 93 yr old father hard as a rock. Sausage was burnt and dry. I have to order to go due to my father’s age so I generally check the food when I get home. Terrible place to eat.

New location in Brunswick. Food was excellent, huge portions! Our server Veronica was great, we couldn’t drink our coffee fast enough to run out. Will definitely be back.
