Sent someone to grab food with a decent order. The workers were playing around, when asking for drinks cause cups weren’t given, they told them the drinks were at the fountain. Missing a sandwich, a big Mac was improperly put together and fries were cold. Very disappointed in how this McDonald’s is and had better luck with a much further store with door dash. Management needs to see this store over cause the professionalism doesn’t seem to be in existence.

I want to first say that there are some rock stars that work at this restaurant by the name of Crystal. And Cynthia. They both work drive thru. Firstly Crystal, her tone is warm and inviting and when I didn’t know what I wanted she didn’t rush me at the speaker. Then I went around and for some reason my card was approved only for a partial of the payment and I needed two dollars, she paid the two dollars for me. She didn’t have to do that. By the time I got to the second window I was had found some money in my ashtray. And even then she was like don’t worry about it. I don’t know why my card did that and I had just got paid but it allowed Crystal to show her heart and I appreciated that. And today I encountered Cynthia. She a ball of positive energy and I loved that. She reminded me to check my app for deals which was major because I work down the street and visits there frequently. The waited until the app came up because it takes a little minute. She greeted me a smile and the interaction from beginning to end was satisfying especially when you’re not having the best day!!! I know if I see these two girls at the window customer service will be A-1. I leave Cynthia who just lifted my spirits up for moment just someone just to hand me some fries. I didn’t notice until I was already gone and decided to eat a fry or two on the ride. Major disappointment. If the order takers are doing a great job then the food and the one that gives the food must seal the deal and they didn’t. Her shirt was different so that lets me know that was a manager!! And sis you know better! We gotta do better. But way to go to the order takers

Very friendly customer service 12/23 . Filled my fries . Seasoned my food. My nuggets were perfect temperature. I also liked they had the app deal on the wall to inform customers. Cute Christmas tree in the corner. I don’t get McDonald’s often but my faith was restored at this location today .

If this is how they maintain the areas customers can see, I can’t imagine what the back looks like. Toilet paper left on the floor—completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Paper towels tossed on top of the dispenser instead of properly stocked inside. A trash can with no liner. The laziness and lack of basic hygiene standards is unbelievable.
If this were my franchise, I’d be furious with the staff and management. Is this really the standard McDonald’s holds itself to now? This location seriously needs to be investigated for proper sanitary compliance.

Ronnie is the rudest manager I have EVER encountered. I’m trying to issue my complaint and he tells me “that sandwich was fresh and right cause we went through inspection…….. I don’t have time to be talking to you on the phone. I have other things to be doing!” If it were not for the general manager being there my situation would not have been handled. She was the only good part about our experience. We have lived near this location for years based on the service alone I am surprised they’re still in business. At this point rip it down and give us Burger King or Wendy’s

Ordered on the app and thought I would have a smooth pickup at the window…nope. I got pulled up to parking spot #3 and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes while a worker kept walking up and asking what I ordered, even after I gave them the receipt. All the while, I watched 8 vehicles go through the line behind me and get their orders before me. Y’all need to slow down and quit worrying about that timer for the drive thru, and focus on communicating and procedures.

I really enjoy the chicken sandwhiches and the cheeseburgers. I also love the breakfast items. However, the fries and chicken nuggets especially, taste really funny, not how I remember them when I was a kid. I’m 20 now, otherwise it’s pretty good, but it’s not the healthiest food to eat every single day. They use some suspicious ingredients that you can’t even pronounce… it’s not the preservatives, those are fine, but it’s weird. Also the fries and nuggets kinda taste frozen, but since they’re deepfried that really takes away that taste 95% of the way.

This is one of the few McDonald’s that’s their employees are actually polite and friendly!
The food is what it is now…not what it was when the industry had STANDARDS and what you ordered was actually semi healthy or better yet not loaded with sugar & junk, but hey what can you do with a society/world asthat begs for faster cheaper easier & more, all at the same time?!?

I just went into this restaurant to order breakfast, and I’m the only one inside, they had 3 cars on their drive thru, and about 8 people working, 3 workers and a manager , looking right at me waiting at counter to order, and they all just turned away and continued talking about the color shirt they bought or something !!! I simply walked out,I can “Definitely” spend my money elsewhere for sure !!! I can say this, If I where the owner, and I surely hope the owners look at their cameras ?
I would fire every one of them !!! Just not Acceptable at all !!!! “IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WALK OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS !!! YOU WON’T BE IN BUSINESS LONG !!!! Including “McDonald’s” !!!!

Went through the line two different times, because they simply can’t do their jobs. Even after going through a second time, my bun on my mcchicken was hard, like it’s been sitting out for hours. This is completely unacceptable and clearly they have poor management, because who cleared to serve this to the public…? As you can see in the photo below which part is soft and which part is solid.
