I ordered a double fish filet sandwich and it barely had any sauce on it. This wouldn’t even be enough for a single. The fries had absolutely no salt and was half empty. I tried to call but the number is apparently disconnected. Needless to say will not be returning. check your food completely before you leave. It’s my fault

Went 1105 pm 3/1 for pickup. Went to the side door and it locked. Went to drive thru. Employee said come inside. I told him the door was locked. He said it wasn’t. I said yes it was. He said go to the front Its not locked. I said are you sure? He said yes. So I go to the door in the front. LOCKED. I got in the car and left!!

My 17-year-old son had a very upsetting experience at McDonald’s – Park Road. He went there to order food and was waiting inside for me to call him an Uber to get home. He was not causing any problems, yet the manager treated him disrespectfully, told him to leave, and even threatened to call the police on him. She followed him outside and she was recording him.
He is a minor and was waiting for his ride after ordering food. This situation was unnecessary and very disappointing. I hope management addresses how young customers are treated at this location.

Since nobody wants to answer the phone, I am very disappointed in my coffee service. Serving no sugar and lukewarm coffee at the drive thru window is a big no no. Especially for people that’s busy in the morning and on the go! If I asked for my sugar to be in my coffee then put it in my coffee or hand me the sugar. Smh

Today I lost all respect for the McDonald’s located at quail corners on park road…. They refuse to unlock there doors during the day and people who didn’t have a car couldn’t eat. I asked why the dining room was closed to the public and the manager said because there were to many guest in store. The place was EMPTY! I asked for the corporate number and the manager refused to give it to me. This is America and at a place like McDonald’s we shouldn’t have under privileged people begging you to place an order for them and giving you their pocket change to cover the bill. One of the men clearly had downs syndrome and all he wanted was to buy his own cheeseburger. Shame on this McDonald’s location and the manager that was on duty. Unacceptable! Pictures of the empty dining room management claimed was so full she couldn’t unlock the door☹️

Everytime I come to this location my order is wrong. Today there is no cheese on my cheeseburger, they gave us apples when we ordered fries, and gave us the regular toy instead of the toddler toy. I don’t know what it is about this location and pushing the apples in the happy meals because this happens a lot, but we have an apple allergy in the family. I won’t be back to this location.

Usual very good quality McDonalds meal here. Food was fresh and hot. My only complaint is that the Diet Coke was not very good here. The mix of carbonation to syrup was low on syrup to me.
