Waited twenty minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries and an order of nuggets. Burgers were wrong, and food was barely warm. Not a single person is up front to greet or help anyone, everything must be ordered using a kiosk. After 15 mins of waiting, I went to politely ask how much longer my food would be, and the woman couldn’t give me an answer. After finally getting my food as I went to leave, a woman at the counter said “I hope that woman doesn’t come back” loudly enough for me to hear even though I was never rude. Despite my burgers being wrong, it wasn’t worth my time or effort to go back after such a long wait for lukewarm, incorrect food. Would also like to point out that while this store can afford kiosks to avoid paying cashiers, their roof is caving in, so I guess I shouldn’t expect much.

EVERY time we go there on the way to the ocean they are closed for inside dining. We get there at 6am…closed…. 7am…closed.

We walk in and have to order on the kiosk. After waiting for 35 minutes we go check to see where our order was. They had put it on the counter but never called our number. They called out every other number. So by the time we got our order it was so cold and nasty, all the ice had melted watering the drinks down, there wasn’t a self serve drink machine, the order was wrong and we were missing items. When I asked her about the missing items she got snappy with me and said shes doing the best she could. Several people walked out when they realized how long everyone had been waiting on. We ordered to eat in and they still gave it to us to go. Worst experience in all my 41 years

This was my first time stopping at this location. Although I drive through to rockingham on a regular basis. The bathroom was so clean and I deeply appreciated the personal service at the register. This is a great place to stop if you’re travelling through this area of the country..

Ordered a Large carmel mocha received the right size cup but a small size coffee. Also this was straight expresso nothing else. I always order this drink. The lady didn’t know how to work that machine I saw her. And she seemed upset for whatever reason. So either she did it intentionally or she really didn’t know what she was doing. I was never rude nor said anything……. Don’t order breakfast burritos from here you’ll basically only get a cheese burrito. And don’t order no chicken biscuit the chicken is always old and hard. What a waste of money and time! Retrain your employees and how to make the food and drinks as well as Customer service because that attitude isn’t working especially if the customer didn’t say nor did anything to them.

The friendly people working here made our stop a pleasant one. They all were smiling, saying thank you and have a great day! One thing we’ve noticed is most if not all the McDonalds no longer have baby changing tables in the bathrooms.

Smelled like sewage in the parking lot. So bad it takes your breath. Had egg shells in my Egg McMuffin. They did have nice restrooms.

Google and the websites say that the stores open 24/7 but I pulled up at 12:24 a.m. where I observed a car in the parking lot at the pickup window clearly getting an order fulfilled. I pull up to the speaker and sit for a glorified 8 to 10 minutes. No response. I finally asked hello are you open? No response. I sit at the speaker and I called the telephone number to the store after confirming that they were a 24-hour McDonald’s. There were two or three cars in the parking lot so they were clearly people working. Lights were on. I finally drove around the side of the building where I observed workers inside one lady was sweeping. She made eye contact with me and then looked right back down so I drove off past the window and circled back around to the speaker. Once again I sat for about a minute and received no response. Usually when a establishment is closed like this at a drive-thru, you will get a courtesy notification that they are closed. Like someone just quickly comes on the speaker and says hey sorry we are closed. I was granted no such courtesy. Clearly there are people still in there and I just observed someone getting food mere seconds before I pulled up to the speaker. A 24-hour McDonald’s and even if they were closed and Google was wrong, I couldn’t even get a courtesy confirmation of the store being closed. As well as the fact that I observed people still clearly working inside the building. What a horrible experience. Sucks because it’s also my birthday today and I I’m in the middle of a very long drive. One star for this really needlessly almost passive aggressive treatment that I received just a few minutes ago. If I come back through the area I’ll remember not to stop it and spend my money at this particular location
