How long have yall’s to go menu screens been down? It wasn’t just one but both are down. I understand people have smartphones and use the app, but some don’t eat out that often to justify it. The customer service was nice. Food was okay. We were disappointed with our fries being cold though. Will make note to ask for fresh ones next time. And the Big Arch burger isn’t all that, the sauces is literally just mustard and ketchup mixed together.

I have to say that the service here is fairly consistent. They always make sure they have plenty of staff on hand to handle the peak times. I know a lot of people that go there and they always have good things to say at the quality of food is very good it’s always fresh and hot because they’re very good at moving people in and out and keeping their orders correctly. I’m not the type of person to go and leave a bad review because I have worked at McDonald’s before for close to 2 years. I work in the restaurant industry now, I’m not one to complain, but I have nothing but bad experiences with this McDonald’s location. I have gotten a correct, good tasting meal maybe 3 times in the year and a half I’ve lived here. I went through the drive through a few weeks ago and waited 20+ minutes for our order. And when they bring it out it’s wrong! Management was very kind when I brought it up. (Assuming they’ve been having a rough day and doing it quite a bit that day because she was not happy with the crew) Today, I order on the app for delivery. I order a McDouble, and there was one patty on the sandwich!!! If I wanted a cheeseburger I would’ve ordered that. I’m literally paying for the extra patty! The fries seemed like they were in the fryer for about 30 seconds, barely cooked. Fries are never good here. The nuggets were great though! Like I said I really don’t wanna be this person, but come on McDonald’s!! ♀️

Spent 5 years patronizing this establishment. Asked for small drink no ice. When I brought the mistake to rep at window she stated it wasn’t on her screen instead of fixing she created conflict. I contacted management who hung up. Upon return manager took zero accountability, cussed, threw the food away that was free based on my points refused to fix the issue. An additional associate proceeded to insert himself and continue to escalate the situation. Another associate fixed the issue. When asked for upper management information and manager name it was refused. Stated to contact Vanessa! At Vanessa please reach out.

I went through the drive-Thru this person that gives me my food. She will not even say t Hi how are you? Nothing so rude. I feel like you going to work in this kind of restaurants. You had to have a better attitude and in the end she just look at me with a this face like she’s doing me a favor. Terrible service. The customer service was not satisfactory, and the employees appeared to be disengaged. The tables were consistently unclean. The ice cream and frappe machine was frequently out of order. Additionally, there was a recurring issue with the availability of food and ingredients.

Food is ok here….it’s mcdonalds you know. Service was fine. But please please please recognized they removed the drink machines from out front. So no refills which stinks!
I had ordered in the app a $1 value cup and it’s like kid sized or smaller. Had I know I couldn’t get refills I either would’ve gotten the next size up or skipped the drink totally. Use the app though and check the deals.

Please check your food before you eat it. Waited in line for 20 minuets, was only car in parking lot and when she gave us our food it looked like a bite was taken out of it. She also gave us an extra sandwhich for the wait so I tried to eat that one but pretty sure it was fish and not chicken.
