Needed a pick me up coffee so I ordered drinks online for my family. My large frappe and medium frappe were in the same size cup and my medium iced coffee was in a small cup. So I went inside to get this corrected. They were out of large cups so they put my medium in a large 1/2 full..ok sounds pretty crappy but whatever. However my iced coffee was definitely in a small and the teenage girl just argued with me and didn’t give me a new coffee. I’m pretty sure all iced coffees are still $2. So really you argue with me! Staff needs training in customer service and on McDonald’s products. Cup even shows it is a small iced coffee.

I’m always leaving there with my order being messed up one way or another I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but today was the icing on the cake. I order a stake bagel with cheese and when I get to work to eat my breakfast I take a bite to find that it’s kinda chewy. I pull from my mouth paper and I’m thinking okay I must have somehow taken a bite of the wrapping and to my surprise no for some reason they forgot to take the cheese wrapper or the wrapper in the meet off. I could understand if they were busy but no I was the second car on the drive through and absolutely empty inside. This to me is the last straw I will not be going back.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Monroe North Carolina on West Roosevelt Boulevard 2-3-26 around 7:00 p.m.. nobody in the line So I placed my order and proceeded to pay. The Indian lady took my money and I waited approximately 10 minutes at the window for my food. I ordered an iced tea half sweet and half unsweet with a lot of ice, a couple cheeseburgers two orders of fries and a Big Mac. After I asked if there was a problem she came back to the window and said we’re waiting on hot fries. Another 10 minutes and I finally got my bag. The french fries were cold and dry, the burgers look like they had been sitting in the window for hours. I got two Iced Teas and 2 cups of ice no napkins. Another young lady replace the fries. The food is sorry setting up for hours you have to beg for napkins and you get one. Don’t Waste Your Heart earn money on this nasty McDonald’s with poor customer service

The workers are rude as can be, and we had to tell them our order THREE TIMES. The first time got zero response, and on the second time the woman cut us short and tried to have us go to the window before actually taking the full order. When we told her there was still more and added 2-3 more items, she said “oh.” and carried on. THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. We ordered two sausage and egg mcmuffins, and they both came with cheese. My grandfather went into the McDonald’s to try and get it fixed, and after several minutes, he came back out and said it would be faster to get help through the drive thru because no one would come to the counter to help him. They were extremely rude when we told them they got our order wrong, but they did give us the correct mcmuffins after. Rude, and couldn’t get an easy order done. Do not go here.

I sat in line for 25min to get up to the window. When I got up to the window to pay no one was there for another 5 min. 2 cars had left, so I pulled straight up to where you pick up the food. She preceded to tell me I would have to go back around to the back of the line bc I didn’t pay. I told her I wasn’t doing that it wasn’t my fault no one was there to pay. Some drive throughs don’t have a pay window these days so I thought no one was there. She said they were super busy and didn’t have time to run it. I was aware since I just waited now 30 min to get my food. She could had ran my card by the time she was done telling me she couldn’t. I never come to McDonald’s but I was coming to get a gift card and thought I would get dinner for the family so my bill was well over $50 that I was going to pay. Dumb. Never again.

Lady was rude couldn’t take my multiple orders, Main reason why im not saying anything is because i understand people have bad days, If someones hungry you should address it but im not going to name drop but fix your staffs attitude. All these 1 stars are going to stay here if you don’t make a change.

My last visit here I made an order online and I didn’t choose to add the 5$ Ronald McDonald donation but apparently they decided I needed to pay it bc afterwards I seen it took it out when I got to the window the manager didn’t know what to do about that and they also said they didn’t have the 2 caramel sundaes it clearly let me order online told me come back in the morning the store manager would be there and could fix it…. The next morning was snow not to mention I’m 30min away but I went just to be told she had no idea what the Ronald McDonald donation was and there was nothing she could do and I wanted my money back for the sundaes apparently she misunderstood and brought out 2 sundaes and I was sick of arguing so I took them at 8am and left , customer service has always been terrible not once have I had a good experience here and evertime something is wrong with the order and lord for it you tell them they messed up ….. So hateful , terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery , my apartment is the letter i. I get a message asking where the number 1 is. I said it’s a “letter eye” at the top floor. I then get a random photo of someone else’s door. They need a reading test for employment. And that’s all the info and if you ask for more information that would make no sense. Please read the review.

If you can avoid this McDonald, I would. The service is awful and employee were rude
. You stand in line and politely ask if someone can work the register due to their kiosk wasn’t taking payment inside. Her reply was “No” and walked away. No “be right there” or “let me get someone to help” nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. The manager, usually in a red polo top, was barely any help at all. She would look at the front register with out ever attempting to ask if anyone been helped. It takes people yelling out to even get looked at. She did finally ask if I needed assistance after looking at me maybe 5 times before ever asking over 10 minute period and attempting to get someone’s attention. I was holding my 10 month old the whole time too. Manager finally came to assist, but was short. She acted like assisting was a nuisance. After finally being able to pay, she walked away and didn’t even give me my receipt. I had to wait for another random lady to grab my receipt another 7 minutes later.
A gentleman who was waiting almost 10 minutes inside to just try to order food at the register finally went threshold from front register to kitchen area and stood there. He continued to try to get someone attention to come assist all the people in the common area and take his order. Never once did anyone come to ask if anyone needed anything, got their food, or needed assistance once until this man did this. Not until the gentleman was getting attention about there needing to be at least one worker in the front register to assist customers. He was met with hostility and that same woman who told me no was threatening to fight this man. It was unreal to witness. The manager just told her “I’ll talk to him” and never reprimanded her employee for that poor behavior. This man was not threatening, hostile, or anything. He was told kiosk is how people usually pay, then they pay at the register. Doesn’t make sense, but their kiosk wouldn’t accept payment anyways. They should’ve had someone at the register to take orders if needed. He just wanted to order food and pay cash only.

did the manager then prioritize helping those in the building waiting for food or needing anything. Very poorly operated and managed. Overall experience was 30 minute + wait. This place needs corporate worker or management to come get this place in shape.
Again, if you can avoid, I would highly suggest it! If they could get negative stars, they would deserve it.

Ordered on the mobile app for pick up at the Roosevelt Blvd location in Monroe NC. I got my drinks and was parked to wait for the rest of my order. The order came out quickly. I got home…living about 25 minutes away…and found that they had left out my Big Mac and only put 1 piece of meat on my bacon double quarter pounder. Since the location in Walmart closed this one has been drastically declining. They park you for the simplest order and can’t ever seem to get all your food in the bag. I understand that this location is busy but how hard is it to look at your ticket pull the food and check the ticket again before you bag it. I spent almost 50.00 and in today’s economy even choosing to eat out even fast food is a huge decision. To get home with about 12.00 of food missing is like a punch in the gut. And to top it off when I tried to call to inform the restaurant their phone is off….a message saying the the number dialed is not accepting calls at this time. What the hell is that all about. It needs an overhaul or needs to be shut down.
