The Nightshift crew gave me a singular fry with no salt for my small dog, so that’s a 10/10 for me.

Girl at drive thru was extremely rude. I was jaw dropped. We went to the drive thru at 10:33 and mind you it closes at 11. So extremely rude. She should be fired. Got mad at us for simply ordering food, which we ended up not getting. Dont work customer service if you have the worst personality and are extremely rude to customers.

Excellent customer service! Very pleasant ladies at the DT windows. Not something we experience much anymore. Was a delightful change!
Only complaint was the food could’ve been hotter, especially since the lunch menu had just started at 1030 and I was there at 1045.
Recommend this McDs over any I’ve frequented in the last several years!!

The employees were great! However, the manager in the back messed up on just one thing I asked for extra pickles on my cheeseburger, and there were no onions or pickles which I paid for. Nicely asked for it to be remade and she just handed me a cup of pickles, was rude and refused a remake when they got it wrong. Terrible customer service from the manager employees were very nice though. It also wasn’t to much of a problem my food was cold by then or I would’ve just took the pickles. I asked for it to be remade for a reason.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I ordered mobile pickup and entered in my spot as usual. We waited a bit which was no big deal because it was busy but when my sister received her order i inquired about mine because we ordered around the same time. The employee came out with my food and started YELLING at me claiming I didn’t enter in my spot and when I told her I did and attempted to show her she started a bitching battle with me walking away from my car and yelling “NO YOU DIDNT” incredibly rudley. I have had issues with the staff before but there is no reason for a 40+ year old woman bitching at a 22 year old…

If you are in a rush and think this “fast” food place is a good idea, kept driving. Staff was friendly but service was slow with no other people inside. Drive thru was busy as seemed to be pretty decent on time. Inside was pretty clean, women’s bathroom was the cleanest McDonalds bathroom I’ve ever seen. Actually stocked. Food, like usual, was meh

I had a mobile order and got all the way home to realize that my sandwich was missing. I drove back and the woman remembered me. I explained what happened and they made everything fresh for me. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s
