Absolutely horrible. Waited for food for 30+ minutes which was sitting there for probably 27 minutes. Same with my orders around mine. Staff looked up and made eye contact with the crowd in the dining area waiting for their food, then turned around and continued meandering about. The woman who appeared to be the manager on duty with dark hair and the only red shirt was the worst offender. Finally the guy pouring drinks acted like a human being and responded to requests for help.

i’ll stop here for breakfast in the morning. On my way home from work. The service is fast and my biscuit is always soft and fresh. Several times I went there at 1 AM on my 30 min lunch break And they get me through fast. The food is always hot, which I really appreciate. My husband has grabbed biscuits from the other McDonald’s in Cherryville and their biscuits are always hard so I told him I will stop from now on at the one in kings mtn!!

Surprisingly delicious. I have grown accustomed to mediocrity from McDonald’s but continue ad a customer due to convenience. But this McDonald’s on this date and time exceeded expectations. Probably a once in a lifetime event but “well done “. A new bar has been set.

Drive thru was pretty slow, and it was 1 pm so it would seem to me lunch rush should have been slowing. Making a left to get back to interstate 85 was a little difficult. Drive thru line backed up and blocked cars that were parked for dine in into their parking spots. Overall so-so.

Went through drive thru asked for my decaf coffee to be hot, was coffee cold enough i could stock my finger down in my coffee and it didn’t even even warm. Asked for hot coffee and the young lady at the drive thru shut the windows tight so she could talk about me to the other young girl working up front. Never got hot coffee and this McDonalds. The need friendly people working at night. My last visit here. I will go somewhere else to where I know people are friendlier.

Every time we order at this McDonald’s, there’s always something missing or wrong or it takes forever to get my meal. There’s never any efficiency and it seems like there’s never anyone competent enough to work here. Will be going out of my way to a different McDonald’s each time to avoid this location believe me, I have made multiple complaints to corporate and it seems like this McDonald’s will never have anyone who actually wants to work there.

Stopped in for food after watching a band across the road. The service was not good, waited about 15 minutes to order, My chicken tenders were stone cold, I didn’t eat them. I seen 1 lady doing the job of ordering, payment, and then the pick up window. I get that it was late but shouldn’t have taken so long order cold food. Very disappointed

A true 1/5 star experience. First, charged me for the wrong order. Then made me pull to the 2nd window and wait for 10-15 minutes before I finally decide to go in. No one was aware I was even waiting at the 2nd window (so I would’ve been waiting forever).

Parking was full but nobody was in the restaurant. It was pretty empty but it took a while to bring out our greasy fries and food. Place was cleanish I was told the womans bathroom smelled like a lot of urine.

VERY dirty bathrooms, order took forever to fill (it wasn’t a big order), had to go inside to get our drinks since they didn’t bring them to us at the drive thru. Went in and asked for our drinks and someone acted like they were going to get them and instead started taking more orders. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get 4 drinks after waiting in the drive thru for 15 for our incorrect order.
Fries weren’t cooked through. Super bad experience.
