There is nothing fast about this place. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order. I had just gotten to the pick up window and they said to pull into space 1. There were already 2 cars ahead of me that they were making wait. 20 minutes later a woman comes out asking for my receipt because they don’t know what was on my order. Great thanks. Come out 10 minutes later and items are missing. Worst experience I have ever had.

The service at this McDonald’s has been speedy and amazing! We have gotten food here on our trip frequently and it has been hot, fresh, and quick. The cashier was super sweet and made our evening! We aren’t local to Gastonia but we’ll always remember the sweet gesture we received today! Thank you!

Sunday afternoon with 5 employees standing behind the counter and not 1 will take an order… They just keep announcing kiosk orders only. But if you choose cash at the kiosk they will take your $$ at the counter??? What’s the point? Some things is not available on the kiosk. Food definitely not fresh even though 20 people is ordering at 1 time and they busy.

I believe her name was Tatiana but I could be wrong. I have SUCH a hard time with names but regardless, she was AWESOME! They were super busy but she took the time to take care of me and was the sweetest person about everything. From personal experience, I know it can be hard to provide attention to customers when you are trying to be fast and efficient but she was all of the above. She was the only one I interacted with but the whole team seemed to work great pushing cars! Thank y’all for all you do and hang in there! I know it gets tough in cs but we appreciate everything you do! Otherwise, we’d have to cook dinner so ♀️

Absolutely the worst experience at Fast food ever. Grumpy lady behind the counter told us to use the kiosk to order, she was not allowed to take our orders. All while looking like a road worker in a hi vis vest. Spilled drinks, coffee, milk shake on the floor…. The bathroom was flooded, and the entire place felt dirty. I don’t have high expectations from McDonald’s but this one is by far the worst

They were super busy…. crazy busy! But I was greeted and treated well. That made the wait easier to tolerate for sure. Food was hot but new crispy checkerboard was over cooked on 1 of 2 of the sandwiches we picked up. Some of it could not be eaten too hard and dry. The other sandwich was perfect. Overall good job with front staff. Lil over cooked chicken….
