I stopped by this McDonald’s late at night and had a really good experience. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great, which isn’t always guaranteed during late-night hours. Ashley, who took my order, was extremely friendly and welcoming and made the visit even better. Everything came out correct and quickly. Really appreciate the great service definitely will be back.

No matter how many times I give this location a shot, they disappoint. Every time I have to wait for my order and every time, it’s cold and the fries are half cooked. The ice cream machine is never operable. The tea usually tastes old. This location USED to be decent, now it’s a joke.

I was in the drive thru. I had a simple order, 1 triple cheeseburger (special), 2 pumpkin pies. I had about 4 cars ahead of me. It took me about 10 to 12 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window, they pulled me up. I figured, can’t be too bad, my burger only had 3 toppings, and the only other thing I had was 2 pumpkin pies.. I waited about 15 minutes and then I went in. Until I asked a manager what was going on, nobody was even making my burger, or apparently Noone was boxing up the pies either! They just forgot about me! It took a total of 35 minutes from menu board to me getting back in my car with my food! They weren’t crazy busy either, just steady. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?? Be prepared for a wait if they pull u up. On a positive note, the food was really good!

The past two times I’ve ordered to get it DoorDashed, it gets canceled immediately. Takes my money then gives me a refund 3 days later. What’s the point of it being an option if you’re just gonna cancel it?

I stopped by with my 3 young kids and upon walking in, one of the employees was dropping F bombs in the lobby to the what appeared to be a manager complaining that he didn’t get a break. I had my wife order on the kiosk and I took my kids to the play area to get away from the F bombs. The play area had no heat on. Come on now. So I let the kids play in the cold vs hearing the cussing from the employee in the lobby. We ordered 3 large fries and received med boxes. Went back in and told the staff about receiving the wrong size fries and they said they were out of large fry boxes and was giving everyone med size. What the world lol. Didn’t even tell us before we ordered. Fries aren’t cheap anymore. They did give us one med box to make up for it. Also, just a side note if management does read this, the men’s restroom sink only has hot water coming out. Not safe for kids or anyone. I had to quickly wash my kids hands so they would not get hurt by the hot water.

It was a accident online order. I canceled it quickly. Got a email saying canceled refund 7 days. Waited 10 days contacted cooperate. After a couples email they said local restaurant had to do it. No refund nov 5. thanks for response. I could not get it to mail to that email address.

I know McD’s isn’t a cafe or library, but why do they have every outlet bolted like they don’t want anyone to use it? I’ve been eating at this location for years and they’ve never been busy or popular enough to warrant a weird choice like this. The staff are pleasant enough though.

We ordered on mobile app at 2:22pm to be picked up curbside. After the app said we got the food…and we did not…I sent my husband in. At 3pm he returned with our cold order! No sauces! When he went back in to get what was missing and advise the manager our food was all cold he was ignored. We will not return to this McDonald’s. Worst experience ever.
