I ordered two plain biscuits with cheese added and specifically requested that they be rung up as plain biscuits (à la carte) rather than full breakfast sandwiches with ingredients removed. Instead, I was charged for two full sandwiches with items removed, bringing the total to nearly $6. When I calmly asked if the order had been entered correctly, the manager responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner rather than addressing the pricing concern. The interaction felt unnecessary and avoidable.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, including the way the order was entered and the level of customer service provided. Thank you for your attention to this concern.
it comes with a soda and fries she needs to go back to school to learn how to read before being place at a drive through window . I will not be coming back to that McDonald’s ever . Sometimes the food be cold after waiting for 10-20 minutes. How is it cold ? How the workers don’t know the menu ? SMH service sucks
Their staff is absolutely astonishingly awful. Rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and inconsistent.
I don’t ever leave reviews, but their staff is absolutely the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in my life, even for a McDonald’s.
They mess up orders, and proceed to not only not take accountability, but won’t try to fix anything they’ve messed up, will be extremely rude to you, make up policies that don’t exist because they’re lazy and incompetent (literally said it was against store policy to give… Sauce ????)
I would literally tell anyone thinking about going to this store, to buy a sandwich from BP before ever going here, starving or not.
No wonder they give their people a bad reputation.
It’s October 4th 2025 at 1007 am. Spent almost 10 dollars on breakfast. My orange juice isn’t juice at all. It’s orange water. I took it back to the counter to get another large oj. But the second one is the same taste as the first one. The rest of my order is okay but I cannot support this short cutting and cheating the customers. Their point grade has even dropped to a 3.2. Not good. Won’t be back to this location anymore. I’m close to just not supporting McDonald’s at all anymore. Quality has drastically fallen. They really don’t care about us as customers.
So it’s august 9th 2025. 940am. Dine in. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. First my bagel is burnt so much that it’s falling apart. Second there is too much sauce on this. It taste like it is old. To get the attention of staff it takes an act of congress. They see you and keep walking by. I’ve spoken several times to gain at least eye contact but they act like I’m not there. I only needed ketchup. Finally got their attention and the girl that I interacted with was antisocial. She didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. Do better or get a whole new staff that knows what customer care means!!!
Slow and not attentive to orders. They don’t read the orders from the app if it’s customized.
