Stopped in for lunch off I-40. Very attentive and quick service. Manager checked in multiple times to make sure the meal was good, which it was. Bourbon St. Chicken and Shrimp came out quickly and was sizzling. Quite good all around.

We were served 1/3 of a cup of soup a charred burger with a burned bun, and a grilled cheeseburger on a bun instead of the toast that is advertised on the menu picture , and the waiter try to argue with us that it was the same bread.

I previously wrote a review on the food,a manager called me to discuss. At that time I told her about the cookie dough dessert that shouldn’t have had nuts on it and it did,my husband is allergic. She also stated she would send over a gift card to my email. That was over a week ago,she did state it would be done in 24-48 hours. And still haven’t received anything. As a manager I really hope she was being honest.

We went here last night on Sunday around 7pm on Sunday, March 1st. As soon as we got in, a black host told us we had to wait between 35-40mins despite the fact that we noticed no one was waiting in line and a big section of tables to our left was open. We were upset and puzzled as to why we had to wait so long when they obviously had lots of tables open. We just left. Not gonna wait that long. Ridiculous.

Order food online. Went to pick it up before 5:30pm. Waited at the front for like 10mins. No hostess and all the servers were tending to their tables. The bartenders saw me but didn’t say anything. I was just looking around waiting. Till one lady comes up and says “how many”
I reply that i was here for a online order.
She reply “Oh, you pick it up pass the bar through that door.”
I was confused because there was no signs posted in the front area. I don’t know the layout of the place and i walked over.
Got my food and went out the door on the side. There on the side of the building said something about picking up orders after 6pm or 9pm on this side. Honestly, I didn’t see that sign since it was so hidden and I thought that door was for the workers who do curb side.
Food is good. So if you’re getting online orders look for the door on the right side of the building next to handicap parking.

We stood at the entrance for over 20 minutes and were completely ignored. Multiple servers walked past us and clearly saw us standing there, yet no one acknowledged us or offered to seat us. The restaurant itself looked dirty and unkept, which didn’t inspire confidence. I wasn’t about to spend money feeding a group of six people in a place that couldn’t even bother with basic customer service. We left without being served and will not be returning.

Jay the girl bartender at this location is rude and has poor customer service. I worked in this bar/food industry for 9 years plus and never experienced this kind of service before at any Applebees location. The ratings here are low and this explains why. When asking her any food item information or drink information she answers in a rude manner. Her attitude towards customers is very unwelcoming. The food did not come out fresh at all. This is how the plate came out to us. The overall experience was unpleasant. We spoke to manager she got food remade but done incorrectly. At this point we left this establishment very unsatisfactory. Nothing was done to correct this matter.
