To preface.. I travel for work and eat McDonald’s way more often than I’d like. That being said, I don’t think I have ever left a negative review for one.
11:30am, we both ordered quarter pounders. One a single, one a double. Neither were fresh, or even warm. I was supposed to have bacon on mine, was charged for it, and did not have a single piece. We usually order these as they’re made fresh, per McDonald’s policy, so it’s fairly safe bet to get fresh food. These had clearly been sitting in a warmer for quite some time… right before lunch…?
There were no straws, no napkins, we went through the drive through on the way to a site so did not have the time to go back.

The fries were the only redeeming thing, they were hot at least with the only salt detected being found with a magnifying glass. I wouldn’t recommend eating here personally, and I’ll be skipping it from now on.

I come here several times a week for the last 5 yrs literally. I have given yall a lot of business and money and to be treated so poorly & with such disrespect every single time I come is absolutely ridiculous.
I am going to start taking my business elsewhere I’d rather drive 10 extra months 1 way so technically 20 extra mins both ways to have better service.

Of them. Well I order my usual I do not get handed a receipt as I NEVER DO. This McDonalds does not hand out receipts unless you ask for one then when you do ask for a receipt you get an eye roll. So I did not have a receipt. The lady taking orders did not speak very good English so maybe she did not understand me idk, not my problem. But when I drive all the way back & I go straight to the first drive thru window bc there is no cars in line she gets an attitude & asks if I have a receipt. I said uhhh no bc you didn’t give me one just like every time I come here I’m never given one and it shouldn’t matter bc I ordered on the intercom my same order I order 3 times a week at least sometimes more. She told me to take it to the other window.
Well the young lady at the 2nd window is nice & apologetic. The other people standing behind her are rolling their eyes at me & smacking their lips. It was like 2/3 ppl. The tell me to pull up. So I do. They bring it out. I open it up to make sure it’s correct & it’s correct finally but the cheese is not melted the least bit and it’s always been melted with every other order I have received so I feel like that was done on purpose. I literally had to put the 2 sandwiches in the microwave at home to melt the cheese. I mean it wasn’t melted even a little bit.
I’m literally going to start going to the next closest McDonald’s to me & give my regular business to a different McDonald’s bc the staff is rude and so is the management team. Which is why the regular staff is rude & just plain mean. They are only doing & behaving how they see their managers the people above them behave. Lead by example please.

When we got food had to wait for cups for drinks. Had to go to counter again for straws and napkins and sauce for nuggets. Good was already getting cold by the time could get sauce and everything else

Put in a mobile order at 10:15 AM for breakfast. Showed up at 10:33 AM and they said they couldn’t make my order because it wasn’t breakfast anymore?? Why was it not already made? Then I ask if I can still get coffee and they say their machine is down. This just isn’t acceptable, why not cut off breakfast orders at a specific time if they just aren’t going to make it? Customer Service was not good

We stood and waited about 7 minutes before I asked if someone could help us, then the guy that helped us actions like he was a little slow, I asked to make sure that my foods were hot and he said okays, but when we got the foods it’s was not hot. My orders were 3 doubled cheese combos and Quarter Pounds with cheese and medium fries and a cup of water that came to $35.68 at McDonald’s and that would have been okay if my foods were the way I orders it and not charged for 3 medium fries but 3 small fries and a bottle water, which my grandson got a cup of water, this was very poor quality and I did speak to a so called manager about being charged for a bottle water and he gave me a $1.35 cents back and no apology. If I going pay this much money for a pity hamburgers I should have went somewhere else and paid a little more and got better foods and served.

I want you guys to know I am a regular here. I come here almost every day and I mean almost every day and for some reason I ordered a chicken sandwich last night, and my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. This isn’t the first time this has happened where they haven’t put my stuff in the bag I keep trying to call them and they don’t answer honestly do better answer y’all‘s phones and do better cause I’m trying to get a refund on something that I didn’t get because y’all didn’t give it to me and it’s on the app my receipt that I ordered that but I didn’t get it also, when I called last night originally to tell them about what was going on, they told me to go through the app and that’s how I could get my refund when I went through the app you cannot refund through the app. You have to do it in store. I will be down there soon today but honestly ridiculous my whole order only consisted of fries and a chicken sandwich and the fact that y’all forgot a chicken sandwich honestly beyond me. Do better!

I tried to order through drive through the woman cut me off then got upset when I didn’t pull forward I explained my order wasn’t finished. I ordered a hot latte with a biscuit and gravy and when I pulled up to the window it was wrong she added an ice latte. The lady at the second window fixed it and I paid pulled forward to hear the woman screaming she better now change it again cause I ain’t making it. She’s lucky I don’t spit in it. I told the lady who came to the window to refund my order. I work in customer service I understand things get frustrated especially during the morning rush but this was completely uncalled for.

You have a 1 in 20 chance of getting your order right at this location, been going there for years and nothing changes. I don’t know if they are in such a hurry they always leave out items or they just don’t employ competent people. Check your order for accuracy and be ready to go inside time and time again to get whatever they left out this time….
