Ordered a large coffee and was given a medium, worker said this is what it comes in but it never comes like this at any other mcdonalds ive been to and i also work at one. I was also given nasty water that tastes like it came from the sink-ETA this was apparently from the water issues a year ago. The sweet worker who was running food out offered me a bottled water to replace my water.

Just popped in for a quick bite. The coffee was good, nice and hot. The employee were polite and helpful. It’s a clean McDonald’s and seems to be in a safe area, as we were traveling through. Overall, it’s a good McDonald’s.

Ordered and paid for breakfast 20 minutes before it ended using the mobile app, when I arrived to the store 2 minutes after breakfast ended, all they would give me was my coffee and said “it says you cancelled the rest back there”. That did not happen, all I wanted was 2 McGriddles at 11:01am, I ordered and paid for it way before breakfast ended. Worst customer service, please put this place under new management

Did a mobile order but drive through was backed to Florida, went inside to retrieve my drive thru order that was placed at 9:35 for 25 min not one person came to the lobby. I didnt receive my order till 10:17. Another customer waited 20 min to pay with cash at the register. And the lobby had the same 7 or so customers for 20+min, When we tried to get their attention they said “we see you, we’re busy” then another employee came out and said “this isn’t my job im off the clock”. They prioritize the drive thru over the lobby so much so that the lobby is useless. Terrible service, even for mcdonald’s.

Just order 3 Egg McMuffin’s and a large coke on my commute to work. I pass through Cherryville on my over an hour commute to work. The drive through was busy but I waited patiently. I get my order and I realize the bag has three of what I thought were sandwiches , but I didn’t check it. That’s my bad. I wait till I almost get to work to realize they put three English muffins no egg or cheese and no ham on any of them in the bag. They also gave me a Dr Pepper and not a Coke. I could let the drink slide but seriously who eat an egg McMuffin without the egg cheese or Canadian bacon. I’ve tried to call multiple times. No one answers the voicemail is full. I wouldn’t care, but I’m starving and I’m going to work and I can’t leave after I get to work. I can’t go back to the store and handle this because it’s 30min away And I don’t have time to run and get more food. Highly upset about this experience and now I’m hangry at work.

I have not had my order right in a long time. They either forget something or just leave it out. I understand lots of changes have been made and your trying to be “fast food” but i would rather right than fast. Some of the management yell and are disrespectful to both workers and customers. The last time I went was only the straws missing. Maybe they are trying to do better.

This is the worse McDonalds that I have ever visited. When they give you the food, they hide in the back and you have to wait FOREVER to get their attention to help you. Their fries are always raw and not salty. I prefer to drive 40 minutes to Lincolnton for proper service than visit here again.

Said they were out of drink holders, paid for a McDouble meal deal with no nuggets, paid for 3 ranches and got one. Lied and said they were out of the grinch meal. Fries were basically cold and unsalted. Called and hung up on me. Burger was uncooked and cold. Girl at the drive-through speaker was rude and rushing us. Way to go Cherryvile McDonald’s!
