First time at Brio and it will definitely be my last.
The food was horrible and extremely overpriced. I’ve never been to a restaurant where even the bread was bad. My husband said it wasn’t that bad, but it tasted extremely sour to me. I’ve had sourdough many times before, and this definitely didn’t seem right.
I ordered a chicken dish and it was awful. The chicken had a strange stringy texture, which is very unusual for chicken and honestly pretty off putting. My husband’s meal wasn’t good either, but he tried to push through it because of how expensive everything was.
Unfortunately, I’m now laying in bed with stomach pains, so we’ll see how that goes.I regret eating the little I did and pray my stomach calms down.
The decor is beautiful especially the outside which is what got our attention, but there were several things that should have been red flags. One being paper table covers over linens, dirty carpets, and even the front door looked dirty. In hindsight, I probably should have turned around when I noticed that, but we have seen this restaurant multiple times while visiting Redstone and wanted to try something new.
Overall, I do NOT recommend and would give it 0 stars if I could.

On one of the busiest nights/ holiday, Regina took great care of us and made delicious drinks and delivered excellent customer service. I am unsure about the rest, but I was very impressed with her at this location and we will be back!

PASS…stopped in for lunch today, what a disappointment. The lunch menu is a joke, I got the lasagna for $14.99, it was a 3”x3” square and no more than 1/2 inch tall. Come on, I expected a smaller piece but really??? I received a piece that cost $1 to make. It was served so hot I had to wait 15 minutes to eat it. From the full menu we also ordered chicken limone, one piece was so tough I had to find the manager who remade one piece, he did add some pasta as I requested it to-go. The flavor was not there, very bland. We will not be back. Hector our server was very friendly, and kept our drinks full.

This was our first time at Brio. After being seated seeing us sitting unattended for 15 minutes a server, Hector, came over and apologized for the waitress seating in a section that did not currently have a server on duty yet and asked if he could take our order. Hector was very professional. The manager Tony also came over to apologize and offered desert on him. Over all it was a very good experience and great food. We will definitely be coming back

We had the best experience tonight at Brio Marlton and what made it even better was the exceptional service we received from Stashia our server. She was amazing, on point and really nice! After a crazy hectic day, it was truly a much needed experience.

We had an amazing experience at this location. Our server, Stashia, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, lighthearted and full of energy. With helpful knowledge about the restaurant she was able to help us navigate our choices. With a sense of humor she kept the place lively.
The expresso machine was still unfortunately broken 🙁 It’s been a while and we are hoping that this will be resolved swiftly. The staff is doing everything they can to supply the customers with what they want, but have a difficult time doing so when they are not supplied with the right equipment to do so.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving here! Sat at the bar.. Ryan was super attentative and personable, even while busy! A special shoutout to the manager, Ashley as well who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even took the time to check on us. Her kindness really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend for any occasion and will be back!

Brio never disappoints, but the bar experience truly stood out thanks to Angela. Her cocktails were perfectly crafted, balanced, flavorful. Espresso martini was especially tasty. The chicken limone was also a standout. tender, zesty, and absolutely delicious. Great recommendation by Angela also.
Between the amazing food, top tier drinks, and warm, attentive service, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar!
