I have gone to this McDonald’s for about 2 years when I simply needed something quick. Initially, service was complete and efficient. Over the years, however, I noticed a stark decrease of accuracy and quality. Almost every order I have received from October 2025 to January 2026 has had part of an order missing, improperly prepared, lessened in quantity/ quality, improperly labeled, or altogether incorrect.
Tonight I ordered a Hot Honey McCrispy Meal, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a McDouble, 2 apple pies, and 2 strawberries and cream pies for pick up through the app. When we finally got our food about half an hour later, we get home only to find that the fries are missing from the combo. We had to return for the fries… which, when served to us, were lukewarm at best.
I am not of the opinion that employees should be reprimanded or punished. My question is, what is corporate doing to coordinate with managers to foster better service and hospitality for the community it serves?
I’ve noticed that the turnover rate for employees has increased recently at this location. What is being to done to support the employees and managers? What can we expect from this location going forward?

The qp has gotten so small for the price, may as well have gotten a double hamburger. There is way to much lettuce on the bigmac. Other than that the fries were actually really good. A lot of times the oild taste like chemicals. Service was great.

we pulled over during a drive because the parking lot was empty and we were hungry. the woman up front was not rude but not welcoming, however we went to the wrong window so i can understand some frustration. we waited for 10-15 minutes for our food after ordering. i don’t usually mind, but it was empty. this is not my first choice

I had one of the most beautiful experiences yesterday at this McDonald’s in Elizabeth city, NC. where I was visiting from Chesapeake, Virginia. Everyone was so kind and sweet; fast too! My food was hot and just the way I special-ordered it! I wanted to bring them to Virginia for classes, to show our McDonald’s how to conduct an A1 “fast food” restaurant service!

Went yesterday for breakfast meals, asked for one unsweetened tea and one half and half tea with order, got 2 sweet teas, after I had to ask her for my drinks because after waiting 8 minutes at the second window. And she about threw the bag at me and slammed the window. Ok I let it go. Went today for lunch drive thru again, because I was working in that area of town for the weekend. Thank goodness it was just down the street because I had to go back because they forgot one sandwich, all food was cold !!! See the picture for the teas we received, you can see thru it!!! It was not even tea, it was 1/4 tea and the rest was water!!!! Rude people, they have no work ethics at this store at All !!!!!!!
And they want to be paid $14 to $15 per hour!!
