I will never go back to this place. My breakfast sandwhich was cooked with plastic still on the food! Took a bite and it tasted disgusting. Started choking and so started taking apart and come to find out the egg had green spots and cooked plastic still there. I have had a few bad experiences with this establishment before but this is over the top.

I just left this location and I must say worker is extremely rude. Long line which is fine but if you choose to work in customer service give customer service first with a greeting not just a total. Second, listen for the customer request and respond politely with gratitude do not hand them their bag of food like you are mad because they asked for something. When someone orders 4 biscuits, hash browns, orange juice, and only 2 of there biscuits a specific way it should not be that hard to get it right. When a customer asks for condiments for all that is ordered above the customer should receive more than 2 grape jelly’s and 2 ketchup packets but instead of making sure that was enough the female at the window (the person your mgmt chose to represent you all for a good customer experience) gave me my debit card with the condiments and shut the window. No, have a good day or anything. The only words I heard out of her mouth was my total. I would tell you her name but she did not provide a receipt as to why I am writing this review to add to your 3.9. I should have checked the reviews prior but it is Hardee’s did not think I would have such a horrible experience after waiting in the long line all I got was a bad customer experience and food.

I typically love the wraps but lately whenever I order them I have issues with freshness of the strips, ignored modifications that cost extra but aren’t honored and simply not getting what I asked for. In the photo provided, I ordered spicy wraps with cheese and didn’t receive spicy chicken or the cheese. I ordered four wraps and none of them had what I asked for. It’s disheartening because I actually enjoy the food but as a paying customer I’d like to get what I requested, not what they feel like making at the time. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the wraps. Seems like the only way I’d be able to order it again is by being in the restaurant and checking each item before leaving.

Strawberry lemon biscuit was very tasty. Always the best biscuits in town. Good with steak or sausage or gravy. The pork chop biscuit was a little lacking, too fatty.

This is the cleanest best smelling Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. Haven’t been to Hardee’s since moved from Memphis. All those Hardee’s were terrible. The food and cleanliness of this place was amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

I went through drive through and ordered a cheeseburger and dd a small fry, not a hard order at about one in the afternoon. My fries were old. Most of them were hard, could not eat them and they were cold. The burger, it was also cold. You could tell it was old, been sitting, didn’t even attempt to warm it up order or to fix fresh fries. This happened the last time I was at your restaurant and I will not be back. It may be convenient to where I work. But I will find a different place as you have permanently lost a customer. The stray animals got to eat the food though. This restaurant should be ashamed of the food that they give out to customers. Customer service has sure went downhill over the years.

Whatever you do don’t place a mobile order bcs they won’t get it correct and you’ll still have to pay for it whether it’s rights or not. I got my daughter breakfast and they didn’t get it right. I called them to inform them and they said oh well we didn’t see it and it’s clearly on the receipt they obviously don’t pay attention and do not care.

This Hardee’s location was great when I went in there today. The registers were down so we were the last group of people who were able to come inside to this location. It all seemed really nice and clean and the tables were spotless. Cash only 3/16/23 due to the registers being temporarily down today. Drive thru is still open too if you are interested in coming down here. Overall a nice location with nice food and nice staff.
