I order here often and everytime something is wrong with my order. Today for instance I ordered a bacon egg n cheese bagel meal with a coke a big breakfast and a mocha frappe. They hand my stuff through the window and when I say where is the coke the lady rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. Then my mocha frappe is a Carmel frappe and they tried to hide the fact by using both syrups on top. My coke was a diet coke and at this point I wont even bother to go back because its a constant thing with employees being rude and orders are NEVER CORRECT. Those of you who like mocha frappes will see here this is to light to be mocha and the carmel/mocha syrup mixed in together. DO BETTER WE PAY FOR OUR MEALS AND SHOULD BE RECEIVING WHAT WE ASKED FOR

I waited 20 minutes for my order. I could understand if they had to cook something fresh. However, when I went up to the counter to check on my order, I could see it on the tray. The guy added an extra hash brown to the tray and gave it to me. The food was cold. It obviously had been sitting there a while. Will never come back to this location.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. We’ve been eating here for a while and this has to be the last time. I ordered chicken nuggets and had to wait a good chunk of time to receive them so you would think they’re all fresh and not old and stale but you’d be wrong. Although some were fresh the majority was a couple hours old, I was willing to let that slide but finding a strand of hair in my chicken sandwich was diabolical.

A couple days ago my bf came home with a new experience of a worker over the speaker having horrible service skills like his gf dumped him that day, anywho my boyfriend goes and asks how many nugget count they have and this man behind the speaker replies with “excuse me? Whatchu say you never been to McDonalds before” lucky i wasn’t with him bc u never heard of manners before? I hope u don’t kiss your momma with that nasty mouth not sure who it was but id say its about time a manger talks to their WHOLE staff bc never in my own costumer service years would i ever address a simple question with a clapback. And the food was mid 🙂 thank u for coming to my ted talk

This place has the slowest service for a fast food restaurant!
– We waited from 7:50-8:16 to get a chicken wrap meal and a kids nugget happy meal.
– There was only one other person in dinning room and it appeared to be fully staffed.
– Customers that knew the staff would walk in and get helped right away, and the staff would just hang out chatting with them.
– The drive through only appeared to be getting service.
– You order in the dinning room for table service, then they call your name to the counter with your food in a bag.
– Drinks weren’t provided until order was ready.
– Order was not complete, had to keep going back up to the counter to get the slushy and condiments I requested in the order.

The manager on duty told me he didn’t need me to tell him how to do his job when a guy was waiting for his order for 30 minutes they couldn’t even get him a hash brown the guy was standing there so nice and polite I had to speak up for him… The manager running the front end on October 5th Sunday morning should definitely be fired….

I made a door dash and they forgot to put the second medium fry in there for me.and then the first fry I received was not even filled up. I called them about it and the manager hung up on me. This is unprofessional. If I am spending money at this establishment I expect to be treated with respect.

Stood in line to order. Was told to go to kiosk to order. The kiosk credit card machine was inoperable, I had to go back in line to pay. Waited 25 min for my order. There were only 2 people ahead of me btw. You can see I ordered 2 lattes with an extra shot and I received sugary milk I told the girl I ordered with an extra shot and she says it’s there. Also, orange juice tastes like it has seltzer in. So my son didn’t get a drink either. I know the employees don’t care but we will never return to this location. Horrible service and drinks. They need to get their stuff together. Spent $33 on some bull. Thanks

absolutely terrible, the speaker said they were closed so we pulled around because we had a mobile order and the cashier says “well if you had waited a little longer i would’ve gotten to you”. been waiting probably almost 40 minutes.

I honestly do not know how they got 100% on their food safety thing, this place is always full of flies! When they bring it your food, if they forget something you have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes to actually get someone’s attention up front to get what they forgot. Their self order machines are always messing up.
