The last couple of times I’ve been here haven’t been the best experiences. I ordered a caramel frappe online with my food order. When I picked up my order they didn’t have it. Because I ordered and paid online they didn’t have a solution. I asked for a iced coffee which was cheaper than the frappe. They wouldn’t give me the difference back, especially considering I ordered extras like the whipped cream and 3x extra pumps of caramel. The last time I went I ordered the iced caramel coffee with extra caramel. There was no Carmel in it. The morning has been the best time to go because I haven’t had any issues at that time.

I was at a house through the night finishing the remodel of it w my crew! As a ty I was trying to buy them breakfast after the speaker did the welcoming speech I waited n waited, 7mins later a car pulls up they go through the same. Every time I come here they mess up my iced coffee. Today I was informed they don’t put liquid sugar in their iced coffee only flavor. I specifically asked for cream and liquid sugar. She stated she’s a manager and I’m wrong about how they are made. Nope worked as an assistant manager for McDonald’s. Medium iced is 4 creams 4 liquid sugars. Large is 5/5. Every McDonald’s is trained the same way

This is one of the worse McDonalds when it comes to their hours. You never know when they are open . Will it be 5am will it be 6am or like this morning it opened at 6:30am. It’s crazy. They never have employees that want to come to work. So with that being said you may not be able to have a early breakfast at this McDonald’s but they are guaranteed to a hot lunch.

I went to drive thru & I actually got rush to order. My food wasn’t cooked fresh. The MANAGERS on 5-6-2033 are actually sorry. They don’t know how to talk to customer’s. They go out to their cars & smoke weed & ect. WHERE’S CORPORATE OFFICE AT ? WHATS THE NUMBER ? The ones on this day & shift happens on the regular. SAD.

They have some of the most ” I don’t care workers”. Including the manager. They act as if it’s a real bother to have to take your order. The food is usually good but You need to check your order before you leave. They get it wrong about 80% of the time.

I was in McDonald’s Friday June 30 2023 stopped by to pick my son up some lunch he had 30 minutes…AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, BUT THE LADY I MET AT THE DRINK MACHINE THAT WORKS FOR MCDONALD’S, BELIEVE SHE WAS CHECKING ON THE TEA, I DIDN’T GET HER NAME, BUT IF I HAD MY WAY SHE WOULD BE THE NEW MANAGER SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING….THATS A FACT…!!!!!!!
