I didnt have a choice but come to this location. The service provided is not that great. I did a mobile order and im here sitting in my spot for 10 minutes. Order 7 minutes before. I literally seen 2 o cars go to drive thru. People picking uo orders. In and out. What’s thr point of curbside or mobile orders if the service just isn’t even near normal. This is b ow you dan tell its poorly managed. There is no excuse to neglect b any a service you provide. I cant even cancel because its been saying that they are already preparing. Which is most likely a lie. Definitely not coming to this location ever again.

We were in the drive thru and trying to order. The girl taking my order didn’t hear me, apparently, I tried to repeat myself with a bit louder voice. She told me there was no reason for the attitude and then laughed. Never again at this location! I pulled away.

Ordered via the app, the lady spilled a soda on me when she handed it to me. She did not even acknowledge spilling the soda on me. Then we were short half our order. Of course we didn’t noticed till we got home. When I called to speak to someone to rectify it, no one answers the phone.

Went by this morning 1/27 through drive-Thru and very rude, as I put up to window I asked politely if they put butter and syrup for my hot cakes and they rudely told me that they did. I look in my bag and it wasn’t in there. So I asked again and the lady got pissed and gave it to me rudely as well. Whoever manages needs to have a talk with their crew over there. If they don’t wanna be there then let them go.

Hello, I just walked into McDonald’s on guest Road! Me and one of my coworkers we purchased some food. Decided to sit here and have breakfast. We simply asked for a water cup. The cashier gave us a water cup, As we proceed to go to our seat, another employer named Marie, Started to question why she gave us a water cup. She was very rude about the situation and demanded the water cut back. That place is unfair and I do not recommend no one to eat there. Staff was very unpleasant.

We ordered curbside. Not only did it take forever but the person bringing the food walked so slowly across the parking lot that you could tell that they would literally rather be anywhere else but there. He was more concerned with putting a vest on(which he never got on and ended up taking off again anyways)than making sure our bag wasn’t ripped to pieces or making sure we got our food quickly. They forgot several things so I had to go inside. Walk in and it looked like a homeless campground. Lady had bags all over the tables and floor just strown about in no particular fashion as if it were her home and not a public restaurant. The store was nasty, stuff was all over the floor, trash, bits of food and sticky stuff. The workers were clueless. I stood there for a few minutes and one of the workers just kept staring instead of asking if I needed anything. I finally just called out to anyone who would listen and finally got help and even then they acted like it was my fault they forgot my items. I see now why at 6pm and being right off the highway why it was deadville in there. They clearly don’t give a crap if they are employed or not. Or maybe they just allow it because the company/owners keep letting it happen. Won’t go back. Will drive somewhere else.

Totally incompetent staff. I paid $17 for a plain cheeseburger. No drink no fries no straw missing nearly every item I paid for $15 worth of food missing from my delivery and didn’t even receive a refund. Y’all just stay home and cook.

Substandard service here. I came here and ordered a big breakfast. Usually this comes with pancakes – they actually gave me 2 containers of hot syrup. However there were no pancakes with my meal. I went up to the counter and notified the staff, but they said I should have requested “Hotcakes” Big Breakfast, not a ordinary Big Breakfast. I paid the same price for the Hotcakes Big Breakfast, but the staff still refused me pancakes. They also gave me three spoons and no knife or fork. I left unimpressed by this sloppy and unfriendly service.
