Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I received during my recent visit to your mcdonalds restaurant.

As a U.S. veteran, I was very disappointed by the conduct of the staff. I observed employees failing to wait on customers, including myself. Furthermore, after a significant wait, I was served a small coffee that was only half-filled, despite being charged $2.50.

I expect a higher standard of service and value from McDonald’s. I hope you will look into the management of this location and ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the products they pay for.

The service is terrible. There’s a young lady at the front with red hair that’s extremely rude. It took over 45 mins to make our food and the drive thru / restaurant wasn’t busy. I can Understand if there was a lobby full of people.. or a drive thru wrapped around the building. There’s always a problem at this location. I would rather drive to the Smithfield location.

I’m frustrated leaving this review, but this location keeps getting my breakfast order wrong. I regularly order a sausage McMuffin with egg meal, and on multiple visits the English muffin has been burnt, hard, blackened, and not appetizing.
This morning I checked my food before leaving, and once again the sandwich was burnt. When I tried to address it at the drive thru, the women didn’t speak English so it difficult to resolve. Another employee stepped in (A young man) and asked to pull forward so he could make the sandwich, but while he was still inside preparing the sandwich a female employee ran out & gave me the wrong replacement sandwich. She didn’t speak English so I had to go inside to give it back & get the correct sandwich from the young man. He seemed to be the only one that I could communicate with.

The biggest issue seems to be management and communication at the drive thru. Customers should not have to go through multiple steps just to get a correct order. If I am paying for food, I expect it to be prepared properly and handled with basic customer service.
This location needs to improve food quality and customer service so customers can get what they paid for without unnecessary hassle.

Excellent staff and very clean dining room. Food is always hot and fresh and great customer service. The only suggestion is to stay on top of clean up the drive-thru area (window and ground).

Clean store with trendy seating. The food was fine, kinda skimpy on my sons fries. No playplace. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. The clerk looked at me weird when I asked to buy an extra kids’ meal toy. Come on, it’s Mario Kart. Why wouldn’t I also want one.

My daughter found a large fingernail in the bottom of her French fry bag. The store doesnt have a voicemail box set up yet and no one ever answers. That is the most disgusting thing to find someone’s nail or hair in your food. We wont be back. Do better McDonald’s and make employees dealing with the public’s food wear gloves or chew their nails off away from the food.

MADE ME WAIT 40 MINUTES for an ICED COFFEE. Every time I come here they always mess up my order. My iced coffee never is sweet. The fries are all stiff and soggy. Smithfield’s McDonald is better even though employees are always rude but make orders right.

Terrible management and staff. Allows staff members to be cussed at and threatened by other employees and doesn’t do a thing about it. Managers don’t want to do anything about the racism and bullying going on within. Witnessed a situation this morning that allowed a person to be harassed and bullied and nothing was done. Corporate will be called.

I have issues with this McDonald’s every time I come. Today my total was $18 and they charged me for someone else’s order and made it a big fiasco when I tried to explain. I ended up just paying for the person behind me to make it simple, but they need to get it together!
