I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I received during my recent visit to your mcdonalds restaurant.
As a U.S. veteran, I was very disappointed by the conduct of the staff. I observed employees failing to wait on customers, including myself. Furthermore, after a significant wait, I was served a small coffee that was only half-filled, despite being charged $2.50.
I expect a higher standard of service and value from McDonald’s. I hope you will look into the management of this location and ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the products they pay for.

This morning I checked my food before leaving, and once again the sandwich was burnt. When I tried to address it at the drive thru, the women didn’t speak English so it difficult to resolve. Another employee stepped in (A young man) and asked to pull forward so he could make the sandwich, but while he was still inside preparing the sandwich a female employee ran out & gave me the wrong replacement sandwich. She didn’t speak English so I had to go inside to give it back & get the correct sandwich from the young man. He seemed to be the only one that I could communicate with.
The biggest issue seems to be management and communication at the drive thru. Customers should not have to go through multiple steps just to get a correct order. If I am paying for food, I expect it to be prepared properly and handled with basic customer service.
This location needs to improve food quality and customer service so customers can get what they paid for without unnecessary hassle.
Edit: come on man… I asked for no onions. The receipt says no onions. Guess what’s on my burger? Usually great otherwise as far as getting what I asked/paid for. I really have to check behind people to make sure my order is right?
