Took my family to eat here since they were open again after the redesign. It is not the place to go for sit down service. They have increased the drive thru to 2 lanes. They seem to be switching to a mostly drive thru service.
The dining area is another story. There is no place to get more drinks, napkins, or straws. The seating has been drastically reduced. There isn’t always someone at the front counter, and you can no longer see into the kitchen area to get someone’s attention. They are more focused on ordering through kiosks, as there is no order board. There are only 2 kiosks now and they are supposed to accept card and cash. However, only one could accept both card and cash.
Finally, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom area right next to the kiosks. Hopefully that was only temporary and was being fixed.
With the change to focus on more drive thru orders, we will not be eating here anytime in the future.

A Mills
I have been watching the rebuild of this business and expecting something much more than they provided. The only service is a self order kiosk. I expected a roomy space to have a meal. It is a small, order yourself, clean up yourself area with of course a selfie space. Take your picture you are working for McDonalds. They should have just done a drive through.

After the remodel something off or their overwhelmed. Waited at carbside for over 10mins – drive thru would have been faster. Fries were almost cold, cheeseburger luke warm, wrong mcflurry, drink was missing. Parking lot is set up for 1 way traffic and due to recent re-opening it was crowded. Ill give it another try later but if this continues I’ll avoid it.

Why are we making McDonalds into a corporate aesthetic? It does not feel inviting and claustrophobic, and it’s definitely catering more to drive through / mobile orders. I hate how everything is becoming anti- kid and anti- social. Such a down grade from the previous building…

This place was a lot better before they remodeled. Now they’re stingy with ingredients, sauces, and especially napkins! I get THREE napkins for THREE PEOPLE, that’s it! One per person. With the slop of a burger McDonald’s is known for. Food is not good, service is non-existent being you practically wait on yourself, and the new look is drab and boring.

Without a doubt this is one of the nicest, cleanest, well ran fast food restaurants in the area. Everyone is always so kind in both drive through or inside at the counter. We have gotten some things mixed up but, they have been resolved quickly, without attitude and always an apology for the mistake. Our food is also always hot and fresh. Whoever runs this McDonalds is doing an amazing job with training and management and it shows.

28 minutes to get our food and the automated machine didn’t even accept credit card so you had to wait another 10 minutes for the only register. The place is designed to get you out with no amenities. No napkins, no ketchup, no drinks. No nothing available yet. The service is non-existent. They destroyed McDonald’s even my children don’t want to go back.

Large fries were half of a container. Had to send fries back because they were under cooked and soggy. The service and management at this location SUCKS. This is not the first time that the food has been sub-par. I keep hoping Corporate will step in and fix the issues, or there was another McDonald’s close by.

When I went drive thru all the way to the road couldn’t get in to the parking lot and then when I went to get food that I ordered it took forever and it will be a long time before I go back to that McDonald’s because it is very small and no one likes to do the kiesk

First off my husband got there 5 mins before they started selling lunch so was asked to wait in parking lot. Once able to order he orders 2 hamburgers ketchup only. The women did a 2 cheeseburger meal and put ketchup only no cheese. Well my husband gets home and we have a hamburger with both ketchup and mustard, a cheeseburger all the way. I receive my sprite that isn’t even filled up all the way and cold fries and sandwich. If lunch just started then why was our food cold? Do better!
