I ordered a Double quarter pounder with no onions. That’s it. Not a meal, nothing complicated.
They asked me to please pull the curbside because somehow a hamburger restaurant doesn’t have their hamburgers ready.
Then when I get the hamburger it’s got onions on it. So then I have to wait again.
Do better McDonald’s.

Maybe it was the ice and weather but their customer service attitude seemed a little off.
Just seemed annoyed and not willing to accomadate simple request.

I explained I ordered the wrong item by saying lemonade no ice for my son’s happy meal. His request was chocolate milk. I explained I don’t mind extra I paid.

I would recommend holding the side eyes especially if you guys forget to pack a 4 year his toy.

Worst service and worst treatment ever.
I went there with my son in the evening, and the place was not busy at all. The staff member was rude and nervous the entire time, as if she did not want to serve us.
I asked for water with my order, but instead of giving me a bottle, they charged me $1.08 for a cup of tap water, even though they saw my young child crying because he was thirsty.
On top of that, my order was wrong. They did not add tomatoes as I requested, but I was still charged the full price.
I do not recommend this place. Personally, I will take my son to another place next time. Very bad service.

Placed order and only half of order was given. Called back and asked to speak to manager in regards to missing items and was told to hold on. No one came. Called back and line was busy. Called next day and spoke with Mary who said she was manager and explained situation, she told me she knew who worked previous night and that I should have spoken with them, the manager for that shift. I repeatedly told her I tried but no one came to phone. She then said she could do nothing because I had no receipt and she wasn’t working when issue occurred. Location needs a completer OVER HAUL of employees until better customer service can be given.

I asked for a small cup of water (to go with the rest of my order), and they charged me $1.08 (see the tiny cup in the image). Unfortunately, I think I also got a filet o fish slab that had been frozen in the corner of the freezer for a few months. The fries were not terrible, but not hot either. I’ve had better, but this might have been one of the worst McDonald’s visits I have experienced.

After being charged for 3 drinks when I get to the window to get my food, they only handed me two drinks. She wanted me to pay again for my large drink. Both drinks that I did get were wrong. After trying to explain to lady at the window that I’m missing a drink 4 times 4 different ways she still continued to tell me that she took my order and I didn’t order 3 drinks. Had she just given me my receipt and actually looked at it. Needless to say I had to drive 10 minutes down the road and order my drinks all over again. The hash browns were gross and hard as a rock! I would never return to this location!

I’m not really sure why I needed to enter a number at the kiosk, when all you do is shout out the numbers from the front near the cash registers for me to go get my food. Seems like that is extremely counterproductive on many levels.

they let you stand at the counter waiting and waiting and just look at you and dont say anything to you. the girl that works up front is rude throws the bag of food down when she cant find who it belongs to. its like they dont care at all.
