Outstanding breakfast! I tried the Vanilla Iced Coffee here for the first time at this location, and I was blown away. It was perfectly balanced, smooth, and actually tasted like coffee with just the right amount of vanilla.
I’ve ordered this same drink at two other McDonald’s locations, and neither one came close to how well it was made here.
Great food, great service, and this location definitely stands out!

Person at the food window was extremely rude and unprofessional having an inappropriate profanity conversation while handing me my food. Also maybe they need to have pictures back there with the cooks they can’t seem to distinguish their different types of burgers. Ordered a Big Mac meal and I received a sloppy triple cheeseburger instead with fries that’s were not even cook as they were see through. If you’re not going to give customers what WE pay for then go home put here playing with people money and food. Nobody answers the phone but it’s not even worth going back for, only thing that keeps this location relevant is its location definitely not the food or service

Ordered double cheeseburger meal. NO Pickles. Stickers on burgers NO Pickles, and on receipt. Both burgers had pickles and were cold and hard.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with fries and they added mayo, which doesn’t even come on the sandwich. I called calmly to explain that I’d be back to correct the order. The manager, Josh, took the old food, entered a new order (exactly as I’d placed the mobile order), didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. When I got the new order the fries were cold. I just left because I’d wasted over 30 minutes for fast food. Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. I’ll just drive to Mt. Hope Church road from now on.

I stopped this morning and got a biscuit and gravy combo meal with a coffee and honestly it was the best one I’ve had at any McDonald’s in the triad area. And the service was excellent. Thank you for the great breakfast and customer service.

I’m not going to just keep quiet anymore, I’m so tired of these places raising their prices but continue giving out bad food. It’s either been sitting for ages or they make it wrong, or something. This time they burnt my chicken sandwich, literal black spots on the chicken and they forgot my pickles, the sandwich only comes with pickles but ofc they forgot them. And McDonald’s corporate wonder why people go to other places like Chick Fil A.

Hate in the mornings when you get a basic meal and they have you pull to spot to wait. Now over 10 mins and you see cars go to window and get meal and go on. Another car is waiting at the first window as well. This is crazy to keep their numbers in good standing.

Grabbed mcflurries for my kids and there wasn’t even enough ice cream in it to come up to the rim of the cup. Super disappointed. There is 1 man who works there in the daytime and his kindness is always noticed and appreciated, but whoever is in the kitchen is really slacking on what they put out for the cost of it. Mgmt needs to set higher expectations.
