Hopefully the dining in service is better but I will not be ordering again. The customer service on the phone was horrible. It seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Not helpful with selection or finding a request. When my order was delivered it was missing items. I called back to inform and I was told they don’t have that on their receipt. I said I’m looking at it on my order, nachos and salsa. She said no its not. I asked a witness to read my receipt and again was told no thats not what it says. I was told there is nothing she could do. I informed her that I didn’t enjoy eating dry nachos nevermind the others. She told me that she was going to get a supervisor and then I was hung up on. I called back then was told the supervisor is busy and I can come and pick it up. I just paid all these delivery fees and now I should come and pickup? At the end of the day, its not that big of a deal, its just the lack of professionalism, nasty attitude and being told that I’m a liar is enough for me not to patronize that location again.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
We placed a large order on the phone , PAID for it, and were told the wait would be 50 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, drove 20 minutes to pick it up, then waited another 10 minutes inside — only to be told: “Sorry, we can’t make your order, we’re too busy.”
So let me get this straight… you took our money, let us waste over an hour of our time, and THEN decided you weren’t going to make the food? We drove there in 15 degree weather. That’s not “too busy.” That’s incompetence and terrible management.
If you can’t handle orders, stop accepting them. If you can’t fulfill paid orders, you shouldn’t be in business.
You had my phone number , do you think maybe a call saying sorry we are totally incompetent and you order will not be ready when you drive 20 minutes to get it. . I will also be leaving a detailed review so other customers know exactly what to expect: wasted time, zero accountability, and a restaurant that takes orders it can’t deliver.

our server was nice but we came for their late night happy hour (posted as 10-close) and at not even 10:10 they told us it was last call and we would only be having the one round of drinks we’d already ordered. I get they wanted to go home early but cutting off your happy hour ten minutes after it started is crazy and lazy

Super Bowl Sunday, preordered online via their website. Go to pick up and it was a mad house. Cars double parked everywhere. Just to be told they are 200 orders behind and no they don’t know how long it will be. Door dash orders being filled first. Waited for hr and nothing. Tried to
cancel and get a refund, still waiting.

We didn’t get our food on Super Bowl Sunday obviously but we understand completely how overwhelmed they got. Malik called us the day after to apologize for their mistake and we completely understand. He was professional and explained everything. I personally understand them and this action of reaching out made me like them much more cause they take accountability. Refunded and all set.

Ordered for the Super Bowl. I completely understand it’s going to be busy but how are you not prepared for a day like this. I waited an hour over the pickup time for them to say they are backed up over 200 orders and don’t know when it’ll be ready. The pickup system was insane and unorganized. I ended up canceling my order, missed 40 min of the game and left without wings. What a waste of time on a special day.

Ordered 150 wings day prior of my party event at the Bay Shore, New York location. Went at time slot to pick up, and they didn’t have record of the order. Manager came out and told me that the guy who took the order had the wrong date. Went to pay and it was 20$ more than total price the person gave me the day before on the phone. There was no apology or compensation to honor the price I was quoted. I will never be back to this location again. Not customer service friendly, and they don’t do right by customer when they are wrong.Very bad business practice.
