I am wondering how do the manager or anybody have a job at the McDonald’s on Barnes Street everybody is ratchet and rude… worst experience ever. It was so bad that I would never ever go back until they have new employees. Paid for a big Mac. I didn’t even get to eat it because they messed it up and for some reason. because I use my free coupon that was the joke or the laugh of the day. so couldn’t nobody take my order. because everybody was laughing about the coupon that I was trying to use. instead of the lady coming to the window to tell me what was going on with my coupon she proceeded yell across the parking lot to some random dude about how she need to talk to him inside the store. worst experience ever.

They got my order wrong at the speaker, I corrected them… the charged me for $21 for a $10 order… I corrected her and she messed my order up even more and I did not know it until I got to the pick up window. My drink was the wrong size, they only gave me half of my order… I had to wait even longer. They never verified my order with me at anytime. They need to be trained on communication and this might help order to be correct

1st time to this location. Line was slow customer service was low not that great they was behind I was the 3rd car waiting on fries.. my tea tasted sour. My quarter pounder burger wasn’t cooked fully like it was rushed pink on the inside threw it away and got Sonic in danville instead. Definitely needs work at this location. I hardly eat at McDonald’s as it is anymore.

On our way home from a camping trip, we stopped for gas and breakfast. I had to order at a kiosk and drink size was not an option. Received a small tea but it was good. I would have ordered a large. Crispy chicken biscuit was beyond crispy! It was like sawdust. McMuffin was burned. We had bought a bacon biscuit for our pup as a treat. It was the best looking item and she enjoyed it. The rest was tossed. Since we were traveling, could not return to the restaurant.

We stopped on our way north to NY to use the restroom and get coffee, so we went inside, ordered our coffees on the kiosk and 25 minutes later asked for a refund. Were told twice they we working on it then didn’t. Seemed like enough workers but very disorganized.

I went through the drive thru just to get a Frappe, when I placed my order the lady at the window asked me to repeat myself. I did she says she still couldn’t hear me because of all the noise in the background (which was in the restaurant). I ask if I could just order and the window since she could not hear me, she says no because the first window was closed. So I yelled my order to the top of my voice to make sure she could hear me. She proceeds to says they would not be serving me anything (they refused me service). So when I get to the window, I asked for the manager, she also REFUSED to serve me. I asked for the district managers name she says to look it up online.TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I wish there were 0 stars that’s what they would get. TERRIBLE!!!

every time i come here they get something wrong. the last time i went i ordered a 4 piece nugget and when i got down the road i saw that they only gave me 3. HOW HARD IS IT TO COUNT 4 NUGGETS? then i went last night and got a happy meal and they gave me apple slices instead of the extra fry. these people cannot take more than 2 seconds to read the order customizations or take more than 2 seconds to count out 4 nuggets. please hire people that can count and read and actually make decent food because with how expensive mcdonald’s has to audacity to get they still hire people that have no idea what they’re doing.
